Dixie Lee Fried Chicken | Best Fast Food Restaurant

Stopped here on our way back home. Great fried chicken and fries. Service was amazing. Food was freshly made and served hot.

Staff were friendly. Restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. Sarah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Fries were crispy and fresh. Chicken meal was a good price. Sarah was great with the senior in there that was a regular, taking time to check in.

Oh, Dixie Lee in Bancroft, you've officially won my heart – and my taste buds! 🍗🐟 This place is like a flavor explosion in the coziest corner of town. First off, let me tell you, if there was a fried chicken Olympics, these folks would be gold medalists! 🏆

I walked in feeling hungry and left feeling like a champion of deliciousness. The fried chicken is so crispy, it could compete with the crunchiest autumn leaves. And the fish and chips? Oh boy, they're like little pieces of maritime heaven.

The staff? They're basically comedians in aprons. Every visit is like a comedy show with a side of comfort food. They've got a knack for turning hungry frowns upside down.

Great chicken. Clean nostalgic restaurant. The staff are so beyond friendly and helpful. This may seem strange to say for a fast food restaurant, but they really seemed to work as a team. Food was quick and even though we were eating in, the one lady knew we would be taking some home so included a bag without us even asking.

Fantastic small town vibe. My partner and I stopped by for lunch on our way to Tremblant. Great food. Everything is a 10/10. Wonderful welcoming staff. We will be back!!

As we entered the establishment, a lovely friendly lady by the name Sarah welcomed us to the place. She gave us an honest opinion on what would be the best value for us and her honesty was refreshing!
We enjoyed a delicious meal and as we were getting ready to go, I asked for a picture with her, she gave me a warm hug.
I want to invite anyone visiting Bancroft, to stop by this Dixie Lee and enjoy a delicious meal. By the way, their bathrooms are SPOTLESS!! 🥰

The food was amazing, fresh & hot. But what was even better was the waitress. There was an elderly couple in front of us who was having a real hard time with the debit machine. The waitess had all the time in the world for them. They laugh and joked about the machine. She made them feel important as the line behind them start to build. Eventually the couple was successful with the help of the waitress.

Chickens and fries are prepared at the time of ordering, hot and tasty. Extremely friendly staff, right at downtown of Bancroft, free parking. You don't normally expect sethimg like Dixie in a small town.

The best customer service I've seen in a long time, maybe ever! We were there four days ago and Sarah was incredible! There were quite a few elderly customers there and she was amazingly helpful and kind to them! It got very busy after that and Sarah continued to be fantastic as well as very quick and efficient despite their being only two staff on duty. (She was also very funny! Had my daughter and I chuckling more than a few times.)The gentleman in the kitchen was also great. Our chicken was delicious,fresh and juicy with generous portions. My daughter and I were VERY impressed! Oh, and the place was spotlessly clean!

One of the best fried juicy chicken I have ever had in a while! If you are passing by Bancroft, I highly recommend visiting this place. The food is amazing!

We decided to check this place out yesterday since the Chinese restaurant next door was a 1.5hrs wait,strange but ya. It’s a little pricey for chicken but…Anyways, food (chicken&beers) was great. But the service, let me tell you, was EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT. The woman at the front and the guy in the kitchen made my temporary stay in Bancroft memorable. Thank you guys for your hospitality. **Mothers Day 2023.**
