Many complain about airports. I must say they have not experienced larger airports to appreciate L.B.Pearson airport. I often use the kiosks and go through online pre check in and almost always it’s a breeze to check in. If I needed to go through line ups for check in the lines moved very well and the airline personnel is working friendly efficient and fast.
Security check is everywhere a nuisance. The gates area is great with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Designated tablet tables are a great facility to bridge time. Washroom facilities are always clean.

Best airport in Canada. Spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. The parking is connected to the terminal. It is not free. The gates are easy to find. They even have free wifi with free ipad to order food, check your flight, and browse the internet. The intercom system is clear and loud enough. There are TVs around to watch news and sports. The Air Canada staffs are friendly and informative.

Really efficiently run airport. The food is great and the staff ensure everyone is processed in a timely fashion. Make sure to try the poutine. It's made fresh and reminds me of Montreal loaded with real cheese curds!

One of the best airports. Always accountable. I’m not saying it’s perfect but not bad.

Wish there was a Tim Horton’s close to the gates F95, so we can take a piece of Canada back home with us

Pearson stays very close to our heart as my wife and I landed here as skilled immigrants. The reception, welcome kit, support provided by immigration & custom officials were simply great. This is what exactly the newcomers need. Facilities, cleanliness, staffing, behavior - all 5 star.

This is one of the best airports I've ever seen. Clean, tidy, friendly and helpful staff (yes, even the security guys). WiFi extends all the way to where planes park. So you can stay productive while waiting on the plane.

Pretty friendly airport staff compared to others and they always do their best to make large groups move fast.

Clean with good shopping and food options while you wait for your airplane.

The iPads everywhere kind of give the airport a dystopian Wall-e feel and can be irritating with all the flashing lights. The iPads take up valuable sitting space as well!

Easy to get there by Bus (TTC /Go Bus...)
Always very organized and the staff help travelers all the time!
Try to be there 2 hours before the flight time for international flights.
