Lauren and the rest of the associates are amazing! Incredible customer service. Lauren called me when my order arrived at the store for pickup. She took the time to make sure I picked the right size and that I was happy with my purchase. I'll be recommending this store to all my friends

Lauren is off the chain. We shop airport stores often and she was the most cheerful, knowledgeable person we have ever encountered. She knew the products and had my husband trying in all sorts of combinations and he bought them all. Thanks for the good time between Flights!

The manager, Lauren was such a delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and kind while I was shopping for my dads Christmas present.

Lauren was incredible!! A++ in the customer service department! She extended a warm greeting with humor as soon as I walked in, then went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
And it wasn't easy as there wasn't alot in my size, but she nailed it with the options. She was patient, personable, professional and deeply knowledgeable.

What an exceptional customer service by Lauren ! I work for the airline and was running behind and forgot a pair of a black socks for the uniform. Went to see Lauren while she was just in the process of getting the store to open for the day. Before she quickly rushed and found me a pair of black socks, got what I needed and everything was fantastic. It’s the little things matters in life and how we all can go above and beyond for the best service we can provide. Lauren, Thank you ! Amazing people work here. If this is the culture of this store, they warrant your business. I ran into bad luck and broke not one but two shoelaces on my safety shoes at the airport. I stopped at Johnston & Murphy to get laces. They did not sell any, but.... they found spares. I offered to purchase, coffee, anything as I was so grateful that they willingly and happily helped me out. I will pay it back in the future with purchases after my trip. You are the greatest!

I had an amazing experience in the Pearson Airport store today ftom Marwa. I had a faded spot on my leather jacket, instead of just selling me a product she took the time to look at the
care of the item. She restored the faded spot and educated me on the products I need and how to care for the jacket.

The brief time I invested at this Pearson Airport store was truly one of the more memorable customer service experiences ever. I asked to try on a pair of shoes and Lauren, the Manager, went well beyond to ensure I was aware of options, complementary products, and took the time to attentively listen and respond. Yes, J&M is in the business of doing business, and I understand in an airport setting efficiency and speed is critical due to passenger time constraints. However, I never felt any selling pressure. Rather, it felt like Lauren genuinely wanted to make sure I was getting what was right for me. The warmth and engagement I experienced from her will see me back for more. Lauren is clearly a rising star and a joy to spend time with. Thanks for the great advice and even better service Lauren - impressive and appreciated!

Lauren was spot on with sizing. I'm not one to shop at high end outlets, so with their variety of items and prices, she was able to work with my budget. Great attitude and smile, made my 7.5hr wait for my next flight less painful.

Just stopped by J&M store in Toronto Pearson to travel to Middle East for work trip. Lauren, the manager was super helpful! Very friendly, personable and was able to help me find the appropriate attire for some special events that I will need to attend to. This is one of the only men's store outside of my city that I will ever purchase from because of the quality of service and clothing that they provide. I have purchased clothes here more than 3 times now from this location and looking forward to future purchases!! Thanks again Lauren for your help!

I wandered into the store seeing a sale section and was greeted by Lauren who exceeded my expectations. She is candid, honest, and showed me options of what would be helpful to both the new pair of shoes I bought and how to correct what I was wearing at the time. She knows her product and is a wonderful brand ambassador for this company.

Lauren went above and beyond to help me find replacement items for an order that was cancelled by head office due to supply. Lauren was super helpful and friendly and my items are on their way! I love dealing with this store and their awesome staff!

So I had some time due to a delayed flight. The staff was really helpful. I had an idea of what I wanted however, they showed me some other options. Came here in shorts and was completely scammed through my rubber arm into buying a lovely jacket, 2 shirts and pair of shoes ...I came orignally for a t-shirt ... and the Guyanese harpie who always helps me out... did ship my horrible birkenstocks and shirts free of charge to lovely PEI. I do love coming to this store just for the banter.
