This is a new concept convenience store located in Pearson Airport’s Terminal 1 Domestic. This is the first store of the TripAdvisor brand. It offers travel essentials and snack food items. There is also a large, interactive screen that visitors can use to learn more about Toronto and the surrounding area. You can even look up the latest TripAdvisor reviews and traveler photos for nearby hotels, attractions and restaurants.

Shop here if you like paying way too much for sundries. Just as an example, 203g of smarties, which cost $5 everywhere else, cost $10 here. It’s the airport tax with a vengeance.

Thanks to the actions and behaviour of this resort's employee, named Emily, we have absolutely no intentions of ever coming back to this resort and we are notifying all our friends and family to do the very same. She kept my 71 USD room reservation after lying about our rooms and trying to push us into different rooms without saying anything. The one room smelled of mold so needed to change rooms againEmily also charged 280 USD for the security deposit of the room instead of the 200 she told us and when checking out was trying to refund only 200 back onto the credit card until she was caught in that situation as well because we showed her the receipt for the room deposit. Also during our time at the resort we purchased a 4 person excursion at roughly 300 USD. We paid 210 USD cash upon signing up for the excursion and owed a balance of 90 USD at the time of checking out. During our checkout process Emily says to us that we still owe 150 USD and when we again ask what this expense was for she said it was for excursions we had participated in, but when we mentioned that we only owed 90 USD, she simply replies okay and no answer to justify the extra 60 USD price indifference Emily needs to be terminated from that resort immediately as there are many more honest and truthful people willing to do her job properly and not trying to scam tourist coming into this resort. If anyone has or is still deciding to go and stay here you better take a really good look at your receipts and statements to make absolute certain you were charged and refunded correctly or risk being scammed out of your hard earned money like we were. I will be contacting this resort daily until they refund my room reservation and make right what their employee did wrong. Also food was hit and miss and the cockroaches running throughout the restaurants we visited made it a horrible dining experience
