Hands down the best vet I have ever worked with, Britt and her team are knowledgeable, down to earth, kind and non-judgmental. They always provide a mix of general nutrition/wellbeing suggestions in addition to or in place of medical intervention. I have been taking my furry friends to Mills vet for over 10 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Absolutely the most amazing Veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. So knowledgeable, caring, kind and educated in holistic therapies that have probably saved our dogs life. They really know and listen to your concerns and have solutions. Our dog goes in for laser, acupuncture and chiro treatment for her back and they are very knowledgeable about nutrition. How lucky are we to have this amazing veterinary clinic this close to us. Thank you for all that you do, my gratitude is immense

I was referred to this vet because my 13 year old dachshund was having trouble walking due to IVDD.I had actually made an appointment with my vet in kamloops to have her put down. I am so grateful I got a second opinion because after 2 visits and treatments with acupuncture and laser my girl is walking. found out she actually has bad arthritis in her neck. This is by far the best vet ever. friendly staff, always on time and got me more time with my baby girl. Dr mills is down to earth and honest. I will continue to drive from kamloops to Armstrong for all my vet needs.

Fabulous holistic vet and kind staff. This is the first time that we have spoken with a vet who understands medicine and holistic medicine and treated our opinions on how we take care of our dog with respect. Britt saved my 9 month old puppy (and me lots of money) after my previous vet refused to do necessary simple tests to determine what was wrong. After months of getting worse she had it dealt with in one visit! She is very knowledgeable on nutrition and allergies as well. Only vet I trust with my Shepard/Husky.

I've been blessed to find Dr.Mills. a knowledgeable kind vet who really loves what she does. She is so understanding and takes her time. I drive 3 hours round trip every week to take my senior dog to her for his care. She offers chiro. Accupuncture and laser. So much benefit. I love this vets practice !!

Brit mills was amazing with my two little Frenchie puppies for their check up and vaccines. I lost a baby to over vaccination before and Brit was so helpful and accommodating with the puppy vaccines. She truly cares about animals and their well being.

I brought my Cavapoo puppy in for his vaccinations and rabies shots and all the staff are very accommodating and professional. They are following all the Covid protocols. My pup loved the vet and had an awesome experience. I will definitely be back
