I am so pleased with the service! Wonderful, friendly staff, very clean, and pleasant environment. I left a duvet to be washed, and picked up the next day. I didn’t realize I had left the white duvet cover on. They washed it for free, and did an amazing job! I am so happy I found this place, so close to home. Thank you LaundroLounge!

Best place to do laundry! Even tho I live in tillicum area, I don’t mind driving to langford just to do my laundry here because I know their machine works properly, personal is kind, helpful and friendly (Ami you’re tha best!) and they are open till 9 which is great for those of us who works during the day. They have wifi, a little rest area with table and couch, a kid play area with toys and books, and coffee shops nearby 👌🏻

Very convenient location with coffee shops around. Staff are helpful, genuinely friendly and approachable. You're able to make change at the counter. It's clean and well kept with a sitting area to wait in, several tables and a small kids area. Plenty of machines which take both loonies and quarters. Fantastic place and I'm very happy with my experiences here, will gladly keep coming to do my laundry and as I need their services.

This place is amazing. We always tent travel for months thru out BC and this is the first time that doing laundry doesn’t seem boring. They have tables for waiting, kids area with toys and books . Machines are very good, you can have coins with your credit card and opens 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. Simple incredible . Thank you Susana!

Great place for your basic laundry needs and or large heavy loads such as sleeping bags. Attendants are awesome very helpful.

Cheapest and most friendly place to get your clothes clean. You can do it yourself or drop off service is available too.

Highly recommend! Great, unique laundromat. Comfortable place to sit, have a coffee and charge your items while using the wifi to plan the rest of your travel. Great prices for laundry and EXCELLENT, friendly service. Owner seems like a very hardworking, genuine and nice person. Convenient location and free parking.

Our washing machine broke down so the whole family went down to do laundry. It was a fun day, I did my shopping, we had lunch then Starbucks. Before you know it our laundry was done. Plenty of machines to wash and dry and very inexpensive. No waits that day. except for our laundry...

Nice laundry. Machines were work just fine, it’s clean and bright, there are staff there to make change for you (you need Loonies for washers and quarters for the driers), and the hours are good. A fine place to wash and dry your clothes.

Great experience! This place is awesome! Air con, wifi, tables and chairs to chill eat/drink and charging places for electruc items while you wait. Excellent service!!!!! Owner is genuine and very friendly! Great prices! Relaxing experience while waiting for laundry.

Felt like mom was trying to tell me how to do MY OWNl
LAUNDRY🤨. I didn't even get a chance to put my laundry bag down. Where I was then told, what washers I was allowed to use for what.
It was 1 body size blanket and 1 load of clothing. I left. As I did I said. " I'm going to Langfords, Laundry Lounge! It's cheaper, cleaner and more comfortable"!

Once apon a time, I had a pile of stinky laundry. No! I didn't leave it too long... o.k, yes I did, lol.🤣
So I figured, go to the laundry room & let's get this done quickly! I find I'm close to Tillicum Laundry. I go, I arrive & am greeted with, a very rude man running the place.🙁 Fist I hear from him "Don't over load the machines! You can get change overe there, as he points to a cash, change machine, in the back of the place. Followed by, and we are closing soon. Geez😬 I take a walk around, check out the machines & the pricing...this is pricey. 💸
I do manage to find a decent machine, for what I'm dealing with. Soo I proceeded to the counter. I Ask for bills for the change machine. Where I am then directed to an ATM at Tillicum mall. 🏧

I used LaundroLounge for drop off wash and fold and was really happy with the service. Pricing is great and everything was returned to me nicely folded, on time.

Laundry can, in fact, be done here. I often find that it's nice and clean in the mornings, which is nice.

Nice location in Langford Downtown- top notch Customer service 👌- our drier stopped working and did drop off clothes twice- plenty of machines- reasonable price and friendly staff- definitely recommend this place.
