I used ken for accounting. I requested him to call me numerous times which I never heard from him. When my year end came in I owed my business a good deal of money. I ended up switching accountants from the lack of care and he would not send over paperwork without a fee which is completely unacceptable. This cost me a lot of money and I’m not impressed. I will say the secretaries and bookkeeping ladies were great.
