Just had my first visit with this office and the staff were superb! Friendly, attentive, accommodating, and very professional. Thank you Swanavon Dental for a wonderful, stress free experience.

The staff is very approachable,very friendly, and understandable. We've been in Swanavon dental clinic for almost 15 years and never have a problem. I recommend to you guys the Swanavon dental clinic.

It was my son’s first dentist visit and it was a wonderful experience! The hygienist and Dr. Chu were both very caring and gentle, he was smiling the whole time! My husband, myself and our other son also go to Swanavon Dental Clinic and it’s always a welcoming and caring environment! All of the staff there are wonderful! Highly recommend!

Went there today for a tooth repair, I honestly had a good experience. The staff makes you feel welcome and are ready for you. Froze my mouth really good so they could work without me feeling any pain. Always asking how I was doing. Will definitely be going there again for our dental needs.

My name is John but it should be scared at 60. I had broken 2 crowns and would not go to the dentist period. So I went as long as I could 7.5 years. Finally the pain was too much and infection was setting in. So I went to my doctor and got that treated I mentioned my fear of dental treatment to his receptionist. She smiled and said try Swanavon and told me who she sees. Said she was great. Well I thanked her and made an appointment. Ps thanks Joy. You were so right. I had one rebuilt the other had to be pulled totally my fault.
Well no pain no problems that was September and when another filling broke it was 35 years old I didn’t hesitate called them they got me right in. I booked a cleaning. Everyone promises pain free dental care. My dentist delivers and cares that I’m afraid.
Thanks no longer scared but still 60. LOL

Call them there is no reason not to.

This is the best clinic in GP as far as I’m concerned. Dr Hickerty is the most gentle dentist and has the best dental assistants. My dental hygienist, Gerry is very personable as well as being an excellent hygienist. The front end staff are so friendly and helpful. Like I said this is the best dental clinic ever❤❤

I find the staff at Swanavon Dental, to be engaging and helpful. Dr Eldon is an accomplished Dentist who I trust to give me the best advice and care. The Dental Assistants make the visit calming and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs.

I was in to have my teeth cleaned. I found the admin. service to be exceptional and efficient. They contact me when there is a surprise opening and go above and beyond to deliver very good service. My hygienist is very thorough and has very smooth hands. She has a great personality. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and educates me as she goes. They have been our family dentist for over 13 years! Such a fantastic staff! Alway so kind to our boys. They make it so easy with appointment reminders and quick to get you in for an emergency. I also love the fact that I can get my teeth whitened right after a cleaning. Our family highly recommends them for all dental needs 😁

We have been visiting this dental office for nearly 14 years! Even during the change over to Dr.Chu we Continued to receive VERY ACCOMMODATING service for appointments and great care! The ladies at Reception are so nice! Dr. Chu is incredibly friendly and personable, gentle and provides excellent dental care. The dental assistants are always super comforting and helpful in making the visit go as smooth as possible! Our hygienists are the BEST..
and pretty great at remembering our dental history! We would and have recommended this dental office to many of our friends

Love Dr.Chu and her staff. Super friendly staff that makes you feel like you’re the most important person to come in the door. Also very reasonable prices considering the cost of things these days.

Absolutely love this clinic. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. Dr Tammy Chu is probably the most personable dentist I have ever met. The clinic is always very clean and makes you feel comfortable with the new covid measures. I would recommend to anyone.

For the amount of people or should I say lack of good Dentists, these people treat me very well. Never an issue nor a delay on getting the care and help I’ve needed especially in the recent months. They definitely pay close attention to proper bedside manner, also reaching out when they know you are suffering with the extreme pain that dental issues can cause.
My hat is off to the staff.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Swanavon Dental for the great work ethic they have. Right from when you walk in the door to the dental hygienists and to our dentist himself. Nikki is my hygienists and she is AMAZING! She is so considerate and thoughtful of how I am doing. I have very sensitive teeth and she knows that. She is as gentle as can be when cleaning my teeth. She is friendly, kind and I will always go to her. Dr. Hickerty is amazing. He has been our dentist for almost 20 years and he is fabulous. I love that when you go there you feel so welcomed. It feels like family. Thank you to all of the staff that works there. I appreciate you all.

Excellent Service! We are new patients here, but my children and I have been seeing Dr Hickerty since they were all toddlers, so he is our family dentist. He is gentle, and explains everything to you treatment plan wise. We are so happy we found you Dr Hickerty 😃

In 2005 I had a terrible experience that kept me from going to a Dentist. With the urging from my co worker Tara Tiller I went to Dr Tammy Cheu (I may have spelled her last name wrong) and she managed to pull my tooth, all the while reassuring me without the need to be sedated. Thankyou so much for making the experience bearable, you are truly an Angel.

A friend of mine recommended this clinic to me and im so happy!. Amazing staff and super friendly. Dr.Hickerty took care of me he did tooth extraction very professional and niki the dental hygienist was fantastic very knowledgeable and gentle also the receptionist are awesome, appointments make so easy. I moved back to GP last year. Shortly after I started having trouble with one of my teeth. I called Swanavon Dental Clinic and got an appointment right away. The tooth wasn’t very cooperative and I had to get a few appointments to work on it. Every single visit was a very good experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make me always feel comfortable. All my procedures were explained to me. I won’t go anywhere else for dental work.

Dr Tammy is so nice. Really everyone has been so friendly there. They are always so great with my son, helping him feel comfortable with every cleaning he gets. There’s really nothing bad to say about this place. I like it.
