Access Dental - Grande Prairie

Access Dental was absolutely amazing. Moved in Grande Prairie last November 2023 and I've been looking for a good clinic since then. While checking online, came across with the Access Dental and read the nice reviews about them. So I called them and booked my appointment. My hygienist Kevin is very informative as he explained everything to me in detail about my crown. Staff were so very accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommended. Thank you! :)

I’ve been going to Access Dental for many years now. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes tops in the waiting room…always on time and Dr. Bardia is a down to earth Dentist who truly cares about his patients.

I brought my grandfather, who has advanced dementia, to access dental for full mouth extractions along with IV sedation. The reception staff, assistants and Dr Bardia were great! I had never been to access before myself but a friend recommended going there for my grandfather’s procedure and I’m glad I took her advice. After intially meeting Dr Bardia at the consult, I felt well informed and comfortable to leave my grandfather in his hands for this dental work. The receptionist staff were very helpful with my many phone calls to sort out my grandfathers info and insurance and answer all my questions.

Dr. Bartia is absolutely amazing with myself and my children. None of my children are afraid of going to the dentist because he is so good at what he does. They’ve had extractions and fillings and barely even flinch.

Have always been treated well here, regardless of who I see, right from front end staff all the way up the line to the dentist.. My teeth love you guys. I have had, in the past, less than pleasant experiences at dental offices, but never have I had anthing but positive experiences here.

Great team. Had a concern about a tongue tie for one of my children and came to Access Dental for a second opinion. They were very informative and were also looking out for her best interest as well. Overall a great experience

Hands down this is the BEST dentist I've ever been to. I actually want to go back and start getting my smile back so I can get myself back. Dr Walter is truly doing heavens work 1 smile at a time.

Was used to Penelopes' gentle way of talking & and doing things but she's gone now.Now Kevin is very much the same way.He handled everything in a kind & patient manner explaining everything thoroughly.I hate going to the dentist normally but he made it much easier.Id highly recommend this hygienist (Kevin) & the dentist(Dr Walter) who went out of his way to fix a problem area.They really care about the people they take of.

Friendly and accommodating clinic. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Provide payments plans, direct bills, sedation available. Highly reccomend

My hygienist was courteous, informative, and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was receiving professional dental care!

They seem to have managed to take the majority of pain out of dental visits. Everything from simple cleanings to root canals and implants have always resulted in less pain than I expected. Bill

I went to Access Dental for the first time yesterday as it is my new dentist since moving to Grande Prairie. All of the staff were amazing, from the really helpful receptionist to the super welcoming dental staff. They were very thorough and explained the required procedure to me and made me feel very relaxed and in safe hands. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My children have been coming to Access Dental for many years, and every visit the staff are always so welcoming and professional. They go above and beyond and it shows they are passionate about what they do for the members of the community. Thank you to all the wonderful staff members!
