I have stayed here 9 months of the last year as a contract worker and have had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff here are kind and there is always maintenance going on for improvements. Bonus points for incredibly comfortable beds!

This is an amazing hotel, worth every penny. The staff make you feel like family. This hotel is very clean and the location is amazing. This will be my go to hotel when I stay in Grande Prairie. Thank you to all the staff.

I had a beautiful self catering experience here. Loved every bit of it. The bed was spacious and comfy. I just didn't like that the TV was not smart. Overall, the room was perfect

In the midst of a sudden evacuation from Yellowknife due to wildfires, my colleagues and I found ourselves in need of a prolonged stay at the Grand Inn. Given the short notice and the challenges of securing consistent accommodation, I was initially apprehensive. But it was all put to ease, thanks to the incredible effort and genuine care shown by Jenevy Hughes, the hotel's manager.

From the outset, Jenevy was attuned to our unique situation. She understood that we were not just typical guests; we were evacuees seeking a comfortable place to stay while continuing our work obligations. Even when the hotel reached full capacity on specific dates, Jenevy ensured we wouldn’t be left stranded.

Such gestures exemplify Jenevy's commitment to ensuring guests have a seamless experience, even in challenging times.

The room I stayed in was nothing short of amazing. It was akin to an upscale apartment with every amenity one could desire - a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, two bedrooms, and a spacious living room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the much-needed rest after long days of work.

I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for the Grand Inn and Jenevy’s exemplary service. She truly went above and beyond for us. If you're ever in the area and in need of accommodation, I wholeheartedly recommend the Grand Inn. It's more than just a place to stay; it's a haven of comfort and care.

We came to Canada from South Africa exactly 2 weeks ago and have been lodging in the hotel since then.The hotel is absolutely amazing.The service delivery is top notch.They staffs are so friendly and helpful.There is a lady called Malleah who has been extremely helpful.I will recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel/residence in Grande Prairie for any reason.

Kitchens are well stocked, and I really liked the stainless steel cookware, rather than the non stick stuff some properties supply, which is usually all scratched up.
Staff are extremely accommodating and went the extra mile, from front desk staff to general manager.
There is no guest laundry facility, however it seems that some rooms have it inside the suite . Those rooms are pretty close to 200 per night though, I believe .
The rooms are quite spacious.
There are many stores and restaurants close by, many within walking distance, so the location is good if you need to walk.
In my opinion, the toilet tissue could be better quality for the money. It's better than truck stop/department store stuff, but not what some may expect.
There are hundreds of TV channels to choose from, but Fox News isn't one of them. Seems odd, given the GP demographic.
Overall, it's a very nice property.

My husband and I have been going during our vacation for the past two years to see our son. We will go every time as of now. The service is friendly and cleaness good.

Honestly best place to stay in GP. We booked the family suite. Had everything we needed for a hockey weekend. Theres 24hr security next door so the comfort of knowing your stuff is safe is an extra bonus. Staff was great, people complaining about the base boards need to relax. You're there to sleep, not do home inspections.

The best!! Clean and huge rooms. Friendly service. Home away from home. Full kitchen, Livingroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer n dryer. Was the smartest decision during my husband's hospital stay. Highly recommend.

Great Hotel! Our family of four stayed in the two-bedroom suite with washer and dryer for three weeks. Nice and clean, Beds where comfy! The service was great! Highly recommend this hotel, lots of room, big kitchen to cook in.

Large two rooms. Two king beds with master bedroom with sliding door. Fully equipped kitchen. Better than our Rocky Mountain Resort time share.

Great place to stay. Lots of room, comfy beds and windows that open. The in-room washer/dryer would have been handy had we stayed longer.

It was a pleasure for our family of 5 to stay at Grand Inn & Residence in Grande Prairie on October 21st to October 24. The hotel staff were so accommodating and wonderful to work with. Special thanks to the day time management Mel and both staff workers named Sofia. (Yes there is two Sofia's) The underground heated parking was a bonus for the cold and snowy weather we endured. The rooms are huge. We stayed in the 1000 sq foot room with a king and two queen beds. It has a large kitchen and sitting area, separate room with two beds with its own large bathroom. The other side of the living room had access to the king bed with its own bathroom. It even had full size washer and dryers. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Grande Prairie. Great location and close to Cosco. Great price value for what you get.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful room. Clean, large, nice kitchen and super comfy bed. The internet is so-so but no worse than alot of other places. Overall a good experience for the first day.

Awesome hotel. Everything that we really hoped for with our large family. Staff was very nice and the room was kept really clean.

Beautiful, modern rooms. Great place for out of town workers to stay, all the comforts of home. Highly recommended.
