I think this is the most affordable parking in downtown. Although, keep in mind that you are responsible for your car safety and the parking doesn't take any responsibility if things happen to your car.

Great parking at Center of old Quebec City, walking distance to everything, especially convenient for those who stays at a boutique inn with no parking. Plenty of underground party, cost us $16 to park one night Friday to Saturday. Reasonable price and seems fairly safe. There is no pay machine, but we paid in the way out.

Visited while Quebec Festival was going on. Very crowded and the layout can be confusing. Most likely, you will have to drive up to get to another level (not down as typical underground garage). Parking fee is reasonable and a short walk to most attractions in the Quebec City. After the festival, lots of empty spaces.

A good option to park in downtown. There are three levels in total, you can tell which floor you were by the color of the door. Yellow, orange, and red. Walk through stairs and you are just in the center of the city. Parking fees are not expensive. The first time we parked for five hours and was charged for $8. Then we parked for less than three hours but was still charged $8.

The parking lot is located in the center of many attractions. The price is fair. A day's parking costs only 18. It's a good parking spot

Not very expensive and about 100 yards from Hotel St. Anne. Hint: park on the top level B as it's closer to street level.

Very reasonable daily parking rate. Open 24/7 with plenty of available spaces.

Left the car here for a few days, was fine. Price is pretty on par with other locations. Was nice to have it in a covered lot. Cleanish (it's still an underground parking lot). Well lit. No sketchy characters lurking about.
