Lovely place very clean and spacious. All the cooking items available except for sugar. Heating system is good. There is also an Aircon. We took the one with two bed room. There is a security deposit of 100cad which will be refunded .

Very close to everything you want to see in the city, only used public transport for the waterfall. We had a very clean and pretty apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, with sharp knives and everything you need, so perfect for cooking with grocery's from the metro only 2min away by foot.

Great location close to many shops and restaurant.
We stayed for a week and the loft is fully furnished but for a family of four it was a bit limit but still enough to be functional.

The loft was spacious, beds and couches was confortable.

Parking is right behind the loft, so very convenient.

On the downside the neighborhood is a bit sketchy at times but not the Lofts fault. We still felt extremely safe.

We will book at the Lofts next time we go back to QC city!!

Great location in a very convenient neighborhood right beside the train station offering many convenient stores and restaurants. 10 -15 minute walk from all of Old Quebec including most touristy sites. Space was huge and worked well for our family. Highly recommended.

We are a family of 10 who rented 2 Lofts during the Winter Carnival last weekend and cannot say enough about how great these lofts were. Extremely spacious, fully equipped with everything imaginable, very modern, comfortable and so close to downtown. We had a few questions and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best places we have ever stayed as a family. We HIGHLY Recommend them!!!

This place was awesome! Me and my husband booked a loft here for a weekend getaway for his birthday. Being from the country is was so cool to feel like we lived in the city for a few nights. The space is very clean and modern. The original brick walls that are exposed in the loft make for a very unique cozy feel. The only thing we disliked was the parking... it's kinda hard to get to even though it's right behind the building because of all the one way streets. But all in all its a beautiful place and is close to lots of good restaurants and a short walk from old quebec.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. You have to do some things on your own like dishes and laundry, but it's like doing a B&B on your own. The staff is friendly and courteous. You will save a lot of money by being able to buy and keep groceries in the apartment. Great restaurants and shops immediately nearby like Poutineville and Metro Plus. It's a short walk to nearly anywhere. I almost didn't want to review the place so I could keep this place as my secret. I don't understand why other places done emulate their model of doing business.

Loads of space and lovely decor. Nice open concept and freshly updated. Really nice. Only suggestion would be a little better lighting over sink in both the kitchen and bathroom. But we would go back in a heart beat!

I travel for business to Quebec City 4-5 times a year for a week at a time. I have been staying at the same hotel in ste foy for over 7 years and have been very happy.

The loft ste Joseph was a game changer. I’m a very loyal customer, however sometimes changes is a great thing.

Note that you will not get the same services you do from a hotel, such as daily cleaning, free coffee and tea, room service, new towels etc. So if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s not the right place for you and you shouldn’t remove a star because of that.

What you will find here is an extremely clean loft/apartment. The one I stayed in had two bedrooms, a curtain as opposed to a door which I believe is a law in Quebec, if no windows are in a room you cannot have a fixed door. Again, not a big deal.

You get a full kitchen, this one was similar to my house, and large living room as well. The only issue I had, the L shaved sofa was extremely fashionable but lacked comfort by a long shot. Again not a deal breaker but when you get back from work it’s nice to be cozy watching TV.

The bathroom was absolutely great, something you’d find in a home but not a hotel. Large bath, fashionable and fully working windowed shower.

I found a hidden secret. On the fourth floor, you will find a stairway that leads to a wonderful terrace of which you will have a 200 degree view of Quebec City. During the day you will see mountains and at night a beautiful city scape.

I have no idea if the pricing will last forever but right now you can get a loft like the one I just described for the same or less than a standard comfort inn style hotel room. You’d be crazy not to stay here for a night or heck a week like I did!

You also have to note that you will find dozens of great pubs, restaurants, grocery store and a liquor commission steps away. You won’t need to use your car. I found a scary but nonetheless parking lot about 4 minute walk away. $10 a day which to me is more than affordable.

Hope my review helps you. I will most likely go back soon.

The loft was outstanding – extremely spacious, modern and very clean. The bedrooms were very cozy and clean. The beds were quite decent and comfy, too. The living room was also very spacious and nice for chilling out. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. The heating was nice enough to keep everyone warm and happy.
The location was quite nice, and there were many restaurants and a grocery store in the vicinity. Uber rides to and from the Haute-Ville were fairly quick and inexpensive as well.
I was able to reserve a paid parking spot in the small lot behind the building. It just would’ve been better if the parking was complimentary for people staying.
As expected, there was no concierge or reception in the building. We happened to arrive a bit earlier than the prearranged check-in time, but I was not able to get hold of the management over the phone thus we had to wait outside a bit.

Excellent experience. We had a luxury loft and it lived up to it's name. This is not a standard hotel but rather you receive a code for the building and your room and you use that for entry. It is not a small hotel room, it's a full apartment. Our loft had 15ft ceilings, massive windows and brick walls, laundry - everything you need. The receptionists spoke both English and French.

Went there during a business trip summer of last year, amazing place, the area send a bit run down, but, believe me, this place is absolutely amazing. The administrator was a sweet and awesome woman who makes sure to pay attention and accommodate any needs, appliances were new and fantastically maintained, sling with the accommodations and property itself. Close to train, buses, and short walk to old Quebec. Will be ecstatic to go back, and will happily recommend

I stayed there for a weekend. The loft we check in was in the second floor with 2 bedrooms. It is very comfortable, the beds are nice. The kitchen comes in handy specially on the Sunday. Somehow most of the stores are closed that day in Quebec City.

Had the two bedroom loft. Room was huge, full kitchen and laundry within the room. Walk to downtown Old Quebec was less than 10 minutes, though it was steep uphill. Great area. St Joseph St has a lot to look at on it's own.

Great little apartment in Québec City. The neighborhood is fantastic. Lots of great stores, restaurants, cafés, and people. Its a short walk to the old city. It was roughly 10 minutes walking for me. The apartment we stayed in was a 1 bedroom. There was 1 bathroom and a combined kitchen / living room. Everything was new and extremely clean. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay. Would rent this condo again when Im back at Quebec City. The place was renovated and looks modern. The condo was spacious for 1300 sq feet with 2 bedrooms, bathroom a kitchen and living room. The perks of this condo is they provide a washer/dryer with detergent and its located downtown Quebec City.

THE #1 place to stay while in Quebec! This has been my families second stay with The St. Joseph Lofts. This trendy and comfortable loft offers you everything you could need and is a prime location - right in the heart of everything. Grocery store, shops, bars and restaurants. The one awesome bonus for us, is that it's right across the street from Poutineville! Equally trendy, with great music, craft beers, outstanding food and service.
My family and I try to get to Quebec at least once an year, and this will continue to be our place to stay when we do.

Great space and location. The neighborhood gets a bit strange at night but lots of food options and close toost.important things.

Make sure to remember to reserve your parking spot before the trip.

Cheap lofts if you are visiting Quebec. The lofts usually are equipped with a kitchenette, basic cooking tools, dishes and cutlery. The look and feel of the apartment is very modern and clean with a touch of vintage added by the deco furnished by the expensive furniture store downstairs. The owners are very friendly and it's about 15 minutes from le vieux Québec.
