Les Lofts Dorchester - Par Les Lofts Vieux-Québec

Really good value, you get so much more for your money than the tiny old hotels in the old town (which is within walking distance)! Granted, this is not a full-service hotel, but we stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and a full kitchen and dining room for the same money that would get a shabby small room elsewhere. Note: parking is not included, but there is a municipal parking lot across the street. Many great restaurants and shops nearby.

Very nice place! Loved the ambiance, wall colours and overall interior design. Seems very basic but comfortable at the same time with all the essentials in an apartment you need. Perfect location 1 min walking distance to pharmacy, restaurants, and grocery store. Highly recommend staying here

Well equiped , stylish place for a family of 4. Kids sleep on 2 bunk beds. Renovated, room has a kitchen with appliances. AC present. Great location.

This became quickly our go to place in Quebec City. Clean and modern lofts close to the old city. Full kitchen if you need. Great experience.

The accommodation environment is very good, and the apartment is very new. Booked 2 bed 1 bath. The downstairs door has a lock that requires a password to open. The security is particularly good, and there is paid overnight parking nearby.

WOW, I opened the door and just stood there. The loft was beautiful. We reserved yesterday and only 1 loft was available, a penthouse loft with a king bed. Spacious living room and open area living and dining. Beautiful bathroom. 20 minutes walking to the old city. Would definitely come again and we have not even checked out yet. Oh one thing a little soap softner for the towels.

Clean, fully furnished apartment. Stayed for a few nights with no issues. Easy accès, well located. Paid parking nearby. Restaurants and coffee shops steps away. Recommended.

Clean and comfortable place. Great restaurants in the area. There was a bit of confusion about the luggage storage, but otherwise great place with reasonable price.

We stayed here towards the end of September 2021. Once we got there, it felt so comfortable like a home. It was immaculately clean as if no one had ever stayed there before. We stayed in the King Size room and there was so much space in the unit. Everything that you could think of was provided and we hardly heard anyone else staying there. I don't know if this is because you have to be over 21 to stay there. The only critique I could provide isn't even their fault. There was a ton of construction in and around the building when we stayed. They started right around 7 in the morning and it made it difficult to walk around the area, typically causing us to make a detour around the area. This would make even getting an Uber difficult. However, the construction won't be forever. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and we're already thinking of the next time we can go back to Quebec City to stay here!

On aime bien les lofts Dorchester lorsque nous sommes à Québec pour profiter des commerces dans le quartier St-Roch.

Il n’y a pas d’interaction car il n’y a ps de personnel sur place. On reçoit un code lors de la réservation et c’est ce qu’on utilise pour accéder à l’espace.

Les espaces ont été rénovés il y a quelques années. Les chambres sont à l’image des espaces communs pour les couleurs, c’est une vibe des années 40s.

Apres quelques séjours, nous n’avons jamais été déçu des chambres fournis. L’espace est grand, aéré, ouvert, de style loft tel que promis par les publicités. Il n’y a pas eu de mauvaise surprise de facturation et ils n’ont pas du surcharges inutiles (contrairement à d’autre).

Nous allons à l’extérieur car il y a quelques commerces de café et viennoiseries proches de l’emplacement ce qui est très pratique.

Nous recommandons.

Superbe!
Le loft est très bien situé, le carrefour est très fréquenté (circulation) mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel, et très bien équipé et décoré. Les chambres sont également très agréables et confortables.
A noter, il faut laisser un deposit pour obtenir les accès (email envoyé la veille mais pas facile de consulter sans accès internet). Heureusement, un bureau d'accueil est disponible à 50 mètres dans un autre loft (Hôtel du Jardin - Par Les Lofts Vieux-Québec) dans lequel une personne est disponible sur place pour l'accueil. Une fois ce souci réglé tout est parfait!

Tout était parfait. Compliqué pour la réservation pour déposer la garantie via carte de crédit quand on paye via un site tiers mais nous avons trouvé une solution avec les lofts. Une fois sur place, le rêve. Je ne m'attendais pas à un tel niveau de confort. Les lofts sont décorés avec goût. Le mobilier y est stylé. L'espace est grand et spacieux. J'en ai presque regretté de devoir visiter Québec! Le loft est situé à proximité du centre, du parc Victoria et d'un quartier assez Vivant pour déguster de bonnes bières locales. Si il faut loger quelque part à Québec, c'est là !

Super beau, les chambres sont modernes. L'emplacement est idéal, pas trop loin du vieux québec, de saint jean ainsi que St Joseph. On avait même deux salles de bain, chacun la nôtre. On a adoré.

Parfait, exactement comme sur les photos. Excellente qualité de service, tout est prêt pour le voyageur qui débarque à n'importe quelle heure pour poser ses valises. Belle déco et vue panoramique sur les rues de Québec.

Enfin une annonce pour laquelle les photos ne sont pas trompeuses! Super appart, extrêmement propre, lumineux, bien insonorisé, et bien situé. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le lit est confortable. On s'y sent hyper bien, presque comme chez soi 😉 On est à proximité de tout: épicerie, SAQ, restaurants, bars, le Vieux-Québec, le centre ville. Il y a également des bus et des vélos à louer juste en bas de l'appartement! On a eu des soucis avec la ventilation, un employé est venu immédiatement régler le problème. On est tellement fan qu'on a déjà réservé pour notre prochain passage à Québec. Le seul petit inconvénient est le parking mais comme nous avions une Communauto, nous l'avons rendue le lendemain de notre arrivée donc plus de problème pour trouver un stationnement ;)
