Best Western Plus City Centre/Centre-Ville

Great location and nice rooms. My coworkers and I stayed at this hotel last year and returned this year. Comfortable beds and pillows, a nice large washroom, and showers with great water pressure. We didn't have any complaints! Also, it is a very convenient location.

The entire experience was great! The check in process was simple and easy. The rooms were well maintained. The swimming pool was nice and warm. The hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet . Must visit for travellers.

We loved the location, the rooms were decent size, service was great! Our only complaint would be the pool was a little chilly for our liking! A tiny bit warmer would have made it wonderful!
We had breakfast in the 330 restaurant on our last day! Excellent meal!!

We stayed 2 nights! The room was spotless and a good size. We had breakfast each morning and the service was exceptional, as was the food. Would highly recommend. It was nice having a location that wasn't too crowded.

Very close to Old Quebec, very clean, great staff, and awesome price.

Great hotel. Great beds, friendly staff. Only two minor negative points: parking is extra ($32/day at time of review), and the downtown sights are about 17 mins walk up hill. Would recommend!

Great hotel near Vieux Quebec and in downtown that is within walking distance of many of Quebec's attractions and restaurants (and souvenir shops)

Very pleased with our two night stay! 20 minute walk to basically everything or a quick block away to the bus if you don't want to walk uphill.
The rooms were clean, comfy, and fairly quiet (although there is some construction in the area so you might want to have ear plugs just in case). The pool was nice, albeit small, and the room was warm if you want to just lounge by the beautiful murals.
Staff was great and although the bar was being renovated, there are tons of great restaurant, bar, and brewery options less then 5 minutes walk away.

Clean, adequate, friendly, fair price. A good value. As expected, no frills but everything you need.

Very nice hotel with 2 great restaurants. One for dinner and one for breakfast. Nice spacious clean rooms in a gray location.

Had such a great stay. Ended up getting upgraded to to an executive room. Definitely worth getting the breakfast package, it was awesome. Walking distance to everything,

Loved my stay at this hotel, everything was amazing, Personnel-room cleanliness- room service- breakfast, specially the fact that it was pet (cat and dog) friendly. They has so many breakfast options that was included with the room booking which I tried all of them during my stay and they all tasted sooo good. The location of this Hotel is also very good, you can check all the good locations with walking distance. Will definitely stay at this place on my next visit to Quebec city.

This hotel is a fantastic gem within walking distance of Old Quebec City.The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was included in our package and was a lovely selection from a menu served to our table. The pool is nice and has an adults only hour for those wanting a quiet dip in the pool. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel next time I’m in Quebec City.

Matthias was so helpful in booking and organizing our room + ensured we got the best price possible. We required a cot & the cot was delivered within minutes of us arriving in our room.
The room was clean and large, no complaints.
Breakfast took a while to order, but was so high class when arrived.
Jeremy (the parking attendant) was extremely helpful too even after we had checked out. He even went so far as too fill our whole party’s water bottles (8 people!!). & gave us tips on local attractions.

So impressed with the Best Western team. Would stay again. Don’t judge it by it’s outside (it was under construction).

We had a really excellent stay at this hotel. The location was great, and not a far walk from old Quebec (although the walk was uphill). Lots of restaurant and shopping options within a 10 minute walk of the hotel.

The staff were excellent and super helpful.

We enjoyed the pool as well and it was never busy.

The room was really nice and spacious, though I wish there was a main control for the lights still each one didn't need to be turned on/off individually.

If you are staying in winter, I would suggest bringing a shoe mat for your boots - we needed to use a towel because the floors were hard vs carpeted.

The staff at this hotel were very pleasant and kind. The facility was very clean and we were very happy to find out that it was pet-friendly. The room was very spacious and the clerk was kind enough to put us and our vacations buddies in conjoining rooms. All in all, we had a great experience with the accommodations, the location, and the staff. There is one thing that can be improved: the parking lot, (parking is $15 self-park and $30 valet), was all gravel, so it would be nice for it to be smoothly paved. Thank you :)

Excellent value. Had parking with charging plug for my plug in hybrid, beds were comfy, breakfast was included in room cost and was delicious. Located downtown and not too far from the old city. Price was reasonable.

Amazing staff, great service, good hotel. We had pleasant stay. Simon, Leo, Xavier, Jeremy are the staff who helped us. They all are really friendly and provided good information.

I was debating between four and five stars, and in the end I decided to give five. The reason for four was the room we were checked in on arrival. It didn’t look quite clean and I went to their front desk to complain. Well, it was one of the best “complaints” experiences in my life. We were given another room no questions asked. I can’t remember the names of the front desk staff, but all of them we super nice. And the guy on their parking lot as well! The hotel exterior is under renovation by the way, but it didn’t affect our stay. The hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the old city which was good enough for us. Mind you it’s not Fairmont (where we never stayed :) ), but it is pretty good compared to some other hotels we stayed at. Manage your expectations and you will be happy!

I wasn't too sure about this hotel due to its location. The surrounding area is somewhat questionable, but the hotel rooms themselves are quite nice and the staff are friendly.
It's approximately a 15 minute walk to Old Quebec and completely uphill, which is a great workout. So I appreciated it.
It was definitely worth the price.
