Auberge Saint-Antoine Relais & Châteaux

One of the most charming hotels I have stayed in. It’s a small boutique hotel on the water and has a warm, cozy atmosphere. The bar and restaurant staff are excellent and very helpful. Rooms are lovely with a huge desk and a large bathroom.

The hotel has some excellent artworks and ancient pieces all over the property. The lobby has a cozy fireplace and lots of books. The location is great and is short walk from the old town, the marina and shopping street.

the staff were incredibly and friendly and took very good care of us.
definitely will be returning the only issue we had was that the shower gel was never refilled before we got to our room. Luckily they also supplied small toiletries by the tub.

Amazing stay at the Auberge Saint-Antoine. We were here for the easter weekend for a couple getaway and we had such a good time. The room was perfect and so comfortable, the service was impeccable. The breakfast at Muffy was also excellent and the restaurant had a nice cozy atmosphere.

One of the best stays! Central location, close to Le Petit Champlain for beautiful shopping and the best eateries, not to mention amazing hot chocolate in winter.

If you decide to stay in the hotel offers excellent service, rooms are complete with soft, warm and comfy robes, sandals and a turn down service of amazing tea and chocolate.

The hotel restaurant bar, Artefact, is great. We stopped in for light fare. I highly recommend the "last word" cocktail. The soup, bread, and warm artichoke dip was outstanding.

The hotel also offers laundry service which was able to wash our clothes within 24 hour turnaround.

Would come back in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend the Auberge Saint-Antoine! I stayed here with a work/group conference, working with David. I was a part of the organizing and the service experience has been top notch. Everything from great communication to personal touches throughout the visit. Anytime I come to Quebec City I will definitely be staying here!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Quebec city, you should stay here! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had an exceptional time. JP, Matthew, and Alesia? (Young blonde woman who was working at the bar area) were all so kind and helpful. They made myself and my kids feel like VIPs. Our suite was huge, the bathroom gigantic, and the bed very comfortable. The location of the hotel put us within walking distance to everything. Great restaurants, shops, and historic sites were all around us. I could have actually just stayed at the hotel and would have had an amazing time! I would come back again and hope I do soon.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Auberge Saint Antoine and we had the best stay. We would absolutely stay at the hotel again. The property is beautiful and was decorated so nicely for Christmas. The staff is incredible, the rooms were very nicely appointed and clean, and we enjoyed having drinks at the Bar Artifact and breakfast at Chez Muffy. The Hotel felt lively, but never crowded which was nice. We never had to wait for an elevator and whenever we needed our rental car, the valet was super quick. The location was perfect for checking out Old Quebec and the Christmas Markets. Thank you for a great stay!

Truly a wonderful experience at a boutique hotel. Felt cared for but not overwhelmed from check-in to out. Wonderful location in the heart of old Quebec City, easy to find on googlemaps if your'e driving, and lovely rooms (comfortable beds, everything easy to use, nice products, heated bathroom floors). The attendant who dropped off our bags even showed us how to change the heat to Fahrenheit.

For extras: we parked at the hotel (only challenge is if you forget things many times in the car and want to get them- less easy than if you parked yourself); bartenders were thorough and friendly (and would fill up water bottles since the filler in the gym was out of commission) and drinks were delicious (hotel bar prices, but was expected); concierge was friendly, English-speaking, and well-versed in the local scene- did not steer us wrong at any restaurants! Overall, next time we are in town, we will be staying here again!

Four of us visited several months ago and had a fabulous time. The hotel, the staff ands the city were Perfect. As we were leaving our driver from the hotel, Matthew, told us about how wonderful the colder months are, particularly the end of November and early December with the Christmas markets/festivities. He convinced us, so we are coming back the end of this week. The hotel Concierge has been incredible getting us great dinning information and reservations in advance. Could not be happier and will share our up coming experience next week. -Jason

This place was great! I took a gamble in booking a hotel in the Old Quebec area, but I definitely made the right choice with Auberge Saint-Antoine. It was really fancy and cozy inside. I wish I could have spent more time in the hotel, but I had to explore the city. I will easily stay here again if I return to Quebec.

My partner and I stayed at this beautiful hotel twice. The first time there were some minor issues, which I brought to the attention of the general manager Alex. Alex handled these situations with professionalism and class. His attitude prompted us to accept his offer of coming back to try the hotel again. Suffice to say, we were extremely glad to be back.

The hotel is located perfectly on the outskirts of Old Quebec, is extremely elegant, and has beautiful rooms. Though, what stands out most is the exceptional service. From valets, front desk staff, concierge, and management, they are all very polite, ready to help, and extremely professional. Do not even get me started on the housekeeping staff, they are so good it’s almost like they can read minds. Evening turndown service is a nice touch.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, a few of them 5 star, and The Auberge Saint-Antoine does luxury better than most.

We have already booked our next stay, and look forward to being back.

I just love going there, it’s like traveling through time. This hotel is all together beautiful and intimate, decorated with historic details everywhere. The food and service at both the Artefact bar and the Muffy restaurant are amazing. It’s a must see hotel in Quebec City.

What a wonderful find!
Visiting Quebec City is like taking a step back in a medieval European city. Cobblestone streets, great restaurants with lots of atmosphere and of course the huge Chateaux Frontenac as its centerpiece. However, don’t stay there because we found the cozy Auberge Saint Antoine. The atmosphere and service was one of the best I have experienced in a long time. An outstanding hotel where the impressive service began when we drove up to the front door. Matthew, the valet, rushed out and welcomed us as if he had been waiting for us. And during our two-night stay every employee impressed us with a smile and attention to detail making us feel like VIP’s. Our room offered a view of the chateau seemingly straight out of a children’s fable. The location is superb! Walk through cozy narrow streets and climb numerous stairs between Basse-Ville (Lower Town) and Haute-Ville (Upper Town) or take the close-bye funicular or cable car between the two. Or stay home at Chez Muffy. The restaurant in the hotel offers a beautiful old massive wood beamed ceiling, wrought iron work and romantic spots with great atmosphere. Regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to try dinner, but if the quality of the breakfast and the very personal service is any indication, you will not be disappointed.

Small, boutique, unpretentious hotel with impeccable service. Comfortable bed, great hot shower. Gym on premises 24/7. Location is perfect. What stands out is really an excellent and friendly service.

Best stay I have had in any hotel within the last 5 years. Ambiance, staff, room, bar and restaurant exceeded what I had expected. Can't wait to get back to this hotel and beautiful Quebec City.

This is our FAVORITE place to stay in Quebec City. Easy parking, walk to everything in Old Town (lots of hill action so good exercise!), great restaurant ( Artefact), wonderful staff(welcoming and helpful) and love all the history they display. 5+ stars!

We wanted a vacation in North America that would not be overly crowded on July 4th weekend. Quebec was perfect and Auberge Saint-Antoine made wife and I very happy. Four nights, five days hit the sweet spot.
