Jennie and her friend (business partner) were so kind and knowledgeable. They instantly trued my wheel while I waited. There is a huge selection of bikes and accessories to choose from. Nice location, comfortable and inviting! I'll go back soon to purchase a saddle. What a great experience!! 5 stars.

I originally went to the forks location checking out their Dutch bikes and I met one of the co founders. I wasn’t too sure if I was set to buy one of their bikes but after a little adjustment, I instantly fell in love with it. I got to go on a second test drive but this time, with the co founder and get a small tour along the way to the main store location. He was very informative about the new bicycle infrastructure in Winnipeg and about the general area. I was able to bring it back to the USA myself (not shipped) and it wasn’t a hassle at Customs. I can’t wait to go back again to buy new bicycle accessories for the new Dutch bike! The staff were super nice and helpful.

Top notch service both on the bicycles themselves and towards clients and potential clients within the store (particularly this last point - these people are not snobs). Anders and Jenny did great work and were pleasures to be around.

This place is like the unicorn auto-mechanic: Good service, good prices, and they'll tell you what to watch for on your bike, what needs fixing today, and what needs fixing tomorrow.

I will say that when you talk on the phone, you are talking to a friend of yours in the community who wants to fit you in, not the corporate front desk - that is, don't mistake genuineness for obtuseness, and just go see them in person.

I needed a quick front hub/bearing replacement as my front wheel was wobbling a lot and called a couple stores and they both told me they couldn’t fit me in for another 4 weeks. Thankfully I found and called Bicyle Garden and they told me they could accommodate me if I showed up that same afternoon. The guy took my bike in as soon as I showed up and I was able to see him work on my bike and be done within less than an hour! They saved my day and their prices were super fair! HIGHLY recommend this place. I’ll be back there whenever I need something related to my bike for sure!

Love my dutch bike from Plain Bicycle. I also ordered a front child seat and it has been so great to use with our toddler! We get comments on it all the time asking where it is from, as they are rare to find in here. 100% recommend if you're looking for a comfortable ride for urban use.

My partner and I have rented Cross country ski’s from these folks. Their customer service is phenomenal, the gear is always in great condition, the website is easy to use.
