I'm very impressed by Mathieu Performance. I'm in Toronto and was considering ordering a Scott Metrix 20 online. I was a bit nervous about buying a bike without a fit and test ride, but I gave the shop a call and they helped me understand sizing, etc. They also assured me they do most of the setup before shipping, and I'd only need to do some final assembly. So I clicked buy.

The amazing part after this was the speed. I bought on a Tuesday. They built the bike and shipped on Wednesday. And the bike was at my door on Thursday. That's Amazon-level speed - but for a new bike! I was beyond impressed.

Setup was easy as promised. Happily took a first ride on it today, only 3 days after having bought it. Some companies don't even process eComm orders that fast!

I've recently ordered a Giant bike that could only be delivered to Mathieu Performance. I, myself, live in Montreal. Between the ordering and the time when I've actually come to pick it up, there was six weeks. During those six weeks I've had numerous communications with Mathieu Performance - over the phone, by email and via FB messenger. Appointment was scheduled and I've finally come to pick up my bike. I can say that Mathieu Performance is definitely about quality. Quality parts, quality bikes and quality customer service.  And I am talking highest quality here.  I am a grumpy old man, very hard to please, always looking for shortcomings. And I am a year-round bike commuter, so I know my bikes, my parts and my service.  But I can't say anything bad about Mathieu Performance - this was a 100% positive experience.

Ordered a fairly high end Scott for shipping to Ottawa. Shopping was very fast and although a minor hiccup along the way, it was handled with the utmost degree of professionalism and service recovery. I recently purchased a mountain bike from Mathieu Performance and all of the employees who I had spoken to we're very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, they've got a great selection of products to choose from.

Bikes are everywhere. You can buy a bicycle anywhere. But a great full service... not. At Mathieu Performance you can get an excellent service then whatever you need to do your sport. I got my third bike from them and each time the service just gets better and better. Is incredible, but I'm from Montreal and I do the trip to Quebec city each time, no regrets. Service, brands, quality, warranty, speed. They are real humans with passion for sports and excellent service. I do recommend 100% to people do love great service and great attentions. Incredible service! 22 min before the closing time of the workshop, I discovered a nail in my my front tubeless tire. I could not find a presta valve adapter for my pump. I cycled like mad towards Mathieu Performance (the beauty of having a tubeless tire). I arrived minutes before closing time. The were not sure they could fix the tire before closing time since the hole was significant. But their fantastic mecanic Olivier gave my bike the tender loving care is needed so I was back riding it 15 min later. The team at Mathieu Performance as not only knowledgeable, but THEY CARE. They don't just care that they are selling you a bike, they also care about after-sales service. AMAZING SERVICE GUYS. Olivier, the manager, whole team: you are the best.

Great service provided by Benoit during a bike fit. He provided great information, was very knowledgeable, and an overall great person. I recommend for any touring bike related services.
