Incredibly friendly service, excellent choice of local beers (29 when we visited), and the food is great. Outside of the walls, this is a great little spot for a quick snack and some beers to recover from a long day of walking the old city. Staff is great. We had a wonderful time.

Nice bit more upscale tavern that has food options and something like 2 dozen choices of craft brews.

I did not try the food, but did try a few of their drinks which you can get in a tasting size ~3-4 CAD, a glass, or a pint (~10-12 CAD).

They mark off options as supply dwindles so make sure you get your order in quick.

The best place to get craft beer!! They have so many options. You can try the tasting menu with 4 types of beer.
The hamburger is also incredible, the meat was the best and the fries are insanely delicious. There’s a vegan burger as well.
A nice vibe, everyone is friendly and bilingual, there’s no problem if you don’t speak French.
The service is fast even if the place is full.

Large blackboards full of different beers and ciders. A great focused menu with gastropub elements.

Fish and Chips are a highlight, with perfectly fried chips, perfectly fried crispy fish that isn't oily or soggy. Tartare sauce is delicious and wish they come with a larger serving.

The cheese board is a hit and miss - smoked duck amazing, olives were old, salmon was delicious, cheese was a miss, cured meats delicious. Mushroom was kind of random and not properly browned.

Overall I think you will have an amazing time here exploring their selection of brew.

Stumbled upon this place when looking for a late afternoon drink and meal on a rainy day. It must have been our lucky day because it was fantastic. Great selection of beers with friendly bar staff offering tastings to help choose from the varied selection. Soup of the day (turnip and lentil) was unusual, but awesome. Nachos were the best I have had in a long time (make sure you ask them to include the pulled ribs) and the quality of the dried sausage was way better than I expected. The building itself is very nice with some quite fancy features. I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

This one was my fav place to hang out during our stay in Quebec City. The place had nice chilled out vibes and you could hang around for hours just watching people passing by.
One of the nights right across the street in front of the church there was a group of people/band who started singing and playing music and it was an impromptu little party right in the middle of the street, the entire place was filled with excitement and a huge crowd was gathered singing and dancing.

Best selection of beer in Quebec city! This place is definitely a must go for anyone who likes beer. Their small but special menu of food is also interesting, but really, it’s all about the beer. Their selection is really special and you can get beers in different sizes, so it’s perfect for trying out different ones. And the service is always friendly. This might be my favorite bar in all of Quebec!

Great local beer selections, 24 on tap, and good simple food. Friendly and bilingual staff. Very local and few tourists. A good and friendly crowd. Great!!! Local beers only.

Best Nachos. Period.
We ordered the pulled RIBs nachos and regretted instantly that we didn’t get the larger portion. They offer 24 beers on tap and had flights of 4 for only $8.70!!! So cheap. I did 3 flights - the IPA flight was the stand out. They ran out of wings at 5pm - that was weird. Their bathroom was the sketchiest so far. I will drive 8 hours from Toronto just to have these nachos. Amazing.

It was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The food was awesome, beer was good, and the staff were really nice. Highly recommend!

C'est bon! Oliver took great care of me after I found this place while I wandered around Saint-Jean Rue and found this place! The atmosphere is very cool, very laid back. Go and sample some of there excellent bieres.

Service is fun, people working here know they beers and it is just fun to be in the place.
Great list of beers, and you can order very descent food to go along with your beer.
I will definitely return here next time I'm in town.

I loved this place!!! It’s always such a struggle to find decent ciders and here they had 5 local ones. It didn’t get to try them all...but the ones I had were excellent

Came here to grab a regular latte and a pumpkin spice latte, it was great. The girl that helped us was very friendly and polite, I would definitely like to come again and sit in. The place is very nice!

Great food and beer. The Smash burger was amazing and the Red ale was delicious. The staff was very pleasant and provided excellent service.

Loved this place. One of the best microbrews I’ve been to. Tasted 12 of the beers on tap and there were no losers, only winners. Food was incredible. Recommend the pork belly dish and salmon tartar. Poutine also very very good. Converted old bank building adds to nice cosy atmosphere. Totally recommend!

A lot of draft beer, the poutine is very good for the peice, I added pulled porc for 3$, totally worth! Good place to take a beer and eat with friends.

I had a pulled pork poutine, but they have a lot of other great food too from ribs to charcuterie platters. They have reasonable prices and the place is apparently in an old bank turned hipster-ish, but relaxed. Great service, too.
