Great experience overall-did not purchase a product in the end due to budget constraints but a very kind and knowledgeable owner who did the best je was able to too find me a watch in my budget range. Great place to find a watch in person in old Quebec

Omar replaced the battery in my watch and had it back on my wrist in less than 2 minutes. That's after the kid next door couldn't even open it. Omar is a friendly and funny salesman as well, we ended up buying a brand new watch because of him.

My family and I were in Quebec City for a few days and "discovered" this really nice shop.
My son and I love to collect watches and they have a wonderful selection.
Bianka, the sales person we dealt with was, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and very patient.
Highly recommend the store and will definitely check it out again the next time we are in Quebec City.

Five years ago at Christmas time, I made my first purchase at Most jewelry & watches. Since then and over the years, I've been back often because of their high level of class, professionalism, pressure free, and amazing after sales costumer service. The education and the sales team knowledge are second to none, easily you can feel comfortable and nice environment.
It's been my hands down favourite jewelry store so far, their selection is outstanding and huge, that you can see the real item before buying it instead of ordering by catalogs as others stores do.

This is the place to get the Quebec Bead for Pandora - It is a really nice one and had the Chateau on the back. Owner was very helpful, very courteous and not pushy in the slightest. Was having a bit of the mornings and he made me an espresso - which helped considerably. Displays of all the jewelry are nicely done and watch lovers should beware as this place has a great selection. Wish we had more time but my wallet was thankful we didn’t.

Le personnel est très serviable et s’y connaît dans son domaine. Leur sélection de montres est impressionnante. Il y en a pour plaire a tous, peu importe le budget ou l’occasion. C’est rapidement devenu mon endroit de prédilection pour m’acheter une belle montre suisse ou bien pour gâter ma blonde avec un beau bijou !

Wow, service professionnel de feu. J'ai amené une bague reçu en héritage de mon grand-père décédé pour polissage. Le résultat était époustouflant, et dans les meilleurs délais aussi. Je recommande fortement.

Heureuse d'avoir trouvé ce que je cherchais dans le quartier. Une magnifique bijouterie avec un sélection de bijoux délicats, pour tous les goûts et les prix. 2 visites chaque fois une tres bonne experience, accueil et aide. La premiere visite ma chaine de lunette etait cassee, donc je voulais acheter une autre chaine mais il n'y en avait pas de disponible, le proprietaire c'est propose de me transformer une chaine 3 or en chaine de lunette, j'ai attendu 5 minute et sans supplement. 6 mois plus tard ma chaine de lunette est emmelee, la vendeuse me la demeler tres rapidement. Je vous recommande cette boutique.
