Henry is great and I always feel better after an acupuncture session. Going to see him has helped my digestions, numerous aches and pains and often my stress levels. So good!!

The clinic is welcoming and clean, and the front staff are wonderful. Liam is a great physio and you don’t feel rushed in and out at all. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything he’s doing which makes it an easy and comfortable experience.

Dr. Wiggins gave me a thorough work with different testing methods to help focus in on the cause of my sciatica so we could perform the correct adjustments and exercises to help heal and not inflame the nerves in question. It is also great that she will share her findings with her associate Reid in the clinic whom I will be seeing for physiotherapy so they can work together in my treatment to give the best outcome.

I have been going here for 2 years. I have seen both chiropractors and they are both caring and great. I have also seen Lindsay for massage, the naturopath, acupuncturist, and physio. They have all been wonderful and I feel better when leaving.

I felt comfortable with Nikki right away. She understood why I was hurting and knew exactly what to do about it.
She also gave me advice on what to do when I got home. She suggested I come back in two weeks in order to really relax my tight muscles.

I had numbness in my left leg and everyone kept guessing it was sciatica. I knew that didn't make sense. This massage therapist did a full exam and discovered it was a different nerve. She was able to work it out and take care of a lot of my tight muscles in my leg and back. I've been to a lot of massage therapists. She was among the best: very impressive.

I’v been a patient of Dr. Emily Wiggin for nine years. She is brilliant and far exceeds the expected knowledge and scope of chiropractic practice. Her bedside manner is personal and empathetic, and she knows when to integrate other professionals appropriately (naturopaths, physiotherapy etc). She is mindful of insurance nuances and the costs associated with care, and is very client-focused.

Additionally, I’ve never felt taken advantage of in terms of the length of services (I know this is something that does sadly happen elsewhere).

Easily the best chiropractor in the HRM.

The administrative staff are also excellent and just so very helpful. The efficiency, care, and helpfulness is refreshing in light of the current healthcare crisis.

This was my first appointment and Christene was wonderful! She explains everything to you so you feel very comfortable in her care. I have alot of problems but I actually am excited for my treatments with Christene.

Kinesis is an extremely professional and welcoming health clinic. I am seeing Reid Chittick for physiotherapy. He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and asks all the right questions to get down to the root of the problem. The 'homework' he gives me (exercises) is very reasonable and helpful as well.
The front office staff are great too! Highly recommend this place.
