Laurie Todd is amazing. Any time I call for assistance regarding questions for my license, or general questions, she is extremely helpful and pleasant.

Very nice building and a really knowledgable group of committed committee members. It is good to know that a group like this is watching over patient care in this province.

Been almost 2 years since I made a complaint about a Doctor, and not much of anything done. Keep being told, the are more complaints against that Doctor and just have to wait. CPSM seem to be there to protect their members more than patients

This is a terribly corrupt organization that hides doctors that made serious mistakes and harmed patients.
Try asking where a doctor that harmed someone you know is. You'll get the run around.
Some doctors made such serious mistakes that they had to leave Manitoba but still practice elsewhere
They leave to be out of jurisdiction of lawsuits and the college won't tell you where they went . Dr Laurence Elliot , Dr guttowski and dr Michael
Harvey are 3 that HAD TO run away to other provinces .

I can tell you first hand that guttowski kept harming patients when he worked at Chilliwack General hospital in bc. The only hospital that would employ him. He went to university of Manitoba.
All 3 made serious misdiagnosis and pushed unnecessary drugs on patients to make money on them.

Doctors get licences to harm from the college.

They're all one big happy corrupt family.

I gave the college information on a time-sensitive patient safety issue over 3 months ago. They got back to me several WEEKS later with a non-answer. I followed up with them about the same issue again nearly a month ago, and I am still waiting on a response. What service is it again that they're supposed to be providing the public?

Worst online complaint Form I have ever seen asking for all my ID and my fin number there should be somewhere I can report this site for asking for too much personal information over online I don't trust your sketchy site what the hell is taxpayer dollars even pay for half the businesses that strip us of our money we can't even use being Canadian citizens I think this place is useless and needs to be shut down

Wish I could put a zero rating. I called because I found a new doctor not that I was happy that I needed one as I had a terrific NP that had to close her practice. I have a rare Neurological condition and this new doctor refused to prescribe me my medication and also I mentioned that the clinic had a 10 minute policy for appointments. The woman who spoke down to me said they have every right. ( how dare one be sick with more than one condition and how naieve of me to think that that is what one goes into medicine for!) Healthcare in Canada and especially in Manitoba is only for the healthy, god forbid should you be sick, and lord help you if you are no one cares anymore it's all about getting you in and out as fast as they can as the more patients they see the more money they make in a day.
