Brought my husband in Thursday in severe pain. We got in very shortly. Staff very very caring. Found out he had a 10mm kidney stone lodged in his urethra. Very serious. They were able to get him surgery on Saturday. This is on the Easter weekend.
Saturday Devon the nurse took great care of my husband. Dr Roy was fantastic.
Can’t say enough of the wonderful care❤❤❤

Dr. Lambert and the nurse Haley in the ICU were a gift to us on a horribly traumatic day for my family. If it was not for their care, compassion and honesty I don’t know how we could have made it through. Also Monique the social worker was amazing and I am so glad she was working with my family that day. This team was so professional feel so blessed that my dad had them tending to them at the end of his life.

Yesterday I had surgery due to a car accident last week. Every staff member was kind and patient with me. X ray tech made it as easy as she could for me. The nursing staff on day surgery were kind and caring. I want to thank them all and give them the kudos they earned. Dr Bell's OR team did everything they could to make me comfortable and calm. My deep felt thanks to these patient and caring professionals.

I had to go in for surgery for my broken ankle yesterday. Dr. Taylor, the anesthesiologist (I don’t remember his name) and the rest of team were kind, caring and compassionate and they obviously know what they’re doing. Wesley was pretty funny also. Nicole the X-ray tech was great.
Thank you PRH!

I had a lovely tech for my mammogram today, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. I hope she knows she was appreciated 🙏

Great hospital! Very efficient. Caring and friendly doctors and nurses. I felt like I was well taken care of today. The residents of Penticton and nearby cities are very lucky to have this hospital for all of their medical needs.

I was born and raised in Penticton, worked in the hospital kitchen as a teenager and had my youngest son in this hospital. Many years later, now living in Calgary, I have had to avail the care of the amazing specialists, doctors and nurses on two separate occasions, while visiting family. The latest was just a few weeks ago, utilizing the hemo dialysis clinic three times for a week. This was my first time receiving dialysis at another clinic and had a bit of anxiety prior to my treatment. I was treated like a regular patient and quickly put at ease. I would like to thank the nurses for the exceptional care I received. While it was a smaller clinic than the one I attend in Calgary, the professionalism was the same. It was a great experience thanks to the staff. Hope I get to meet them again.

My grandmother was admitted to the 5th floor ward. The nurses and doctors were amazing. You could see they were very busy but they always had smiles and were very compassionate and kind, helped where they were able too and made her feel very comfortable.
Very thankful for all of the staff who was a part of her recovery.

Nice people, fast and helpful. You need to wear a mask, it's a hospital with lots of sick people.

Came in with mild chest pain and was seen right away. The doctors and staff have been amazing! It turned out that I had a heart attack and I received very professional care. No offence but - I don’t plan to return anytime soon!

I'd add photos but I don't think people would like the pictures. It's of my lower right leg being gashed open from an incident at work today. I got there at 920, had 3 wonderful nurses, and an amazing doctor, I was stitched back up and out by 10. 10 stars if I could!

Doctor Gatenby and all of the staff at Penticton Regional Hospital were professional, friendly, compassionate, competent and fabulous! I was really impressed with everyone and had i not been in such discomfort, I would have remembered all of your names. Thank you so much for looking after me; it was definitely not something that would go away on its own.

I broke my ankle on the first day of vacation in Penticton and going to this hospital was the best decision we made. I was in and out of the hospital with X-rays, a diagnosis, and a wonderfully done up splint that was extremely comfortable in less than 2 hours! I went through several improperly fitted splints when I came back from vacation in my local home town hospital, so I certainly have a feel for splints that are done well vs bad ones. The staff at Penticton hospital, doctors and nurses, were amazing. They took such good care of me and told me all the precautions and care procedures. I highly recommend this hospital!!!
