The entire staff at Penticton Family Dentist was a joy to work with. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to accommodate on short notice. The cleaning and checkup process was the most gentle I have ever received. Penticton Family Dentist was the most comfortable I have ever been in a dentist chair because of their soft touch and how they listen and respond to their patients. The Dr. developed a plan for my dental needs and thoroughly explained the reasoning and fully answered any questions I had.

We have been coming here regularly for the past few years and always have a great experience. Reception is friendly, accommodating and considerate. My young kids love going to the dentist. Hygienists and dentists are all wonderful and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better dental office for the entire family.

The staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I have very sensitive teeth but i could fall asleep while getting my teeth cleaned my hygienist is so gentle! No more getting anxious about teeth cleanings.Highly recommend this dental office.

Hands down the best Dentist I have ever been to! They made me feel welcomed, comfortable, respected and listened to what I had to say. They took in how I felt and got my opinion on what I would like to do/get done first and throughly explained what I needed done and where they thought we should start. My old dentist was absolutely horrible and felt more like a narcissistic relationship over time and ended up making me dislike and distrust the dentist to the point I refused to go for the last few years. So thankful for people I know recommending this dentist to me so I can finally get the work I need done, be out of pain and feel more comfortable smiling again. 😊 I highly recommend this dentist to everyone and will definitely be bringing my kids here as well! ❤

Dr Geetika Saini and the amazing team at Family Dentist are truly excellent! Everyone is kind, personable, helpful, patient and so very skilled. And they often go above and beyond anything one might expect from a dental staff. So happy and recommend this group to anyone looking for a quality experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Geetika for years and she is by far the most gentle with needles and I require less freezing with her than most dentists I have previously been to. She takes great care with her patients, answers any questions and looks into any concerns. The staff is always kind and smiling when you come into the office and it is a calm, professional and relaxing atmosphere.

I cannot say enough about Penticton Family Dentist. I experience a high level of anxiety at Dental appointments. The staff have made me feel happy to attend appointments now. Kudos to you all!

Did an amazing job on my son. The staff was amazing. My son has now got a permanent dental office and that is Family Dental Penticton.

Great all round experience. Very helpful with going through the worksafe process. From sorting out a temporary filling at short notice to getting a crown fitted, everything was well explained and very well done. They use some great technology as well. For regular check ups and hygienist appointments they have always been amazing. Thank you.

My family (2 kids and 2 adults) have been going to Penticton Family Dentist since we moved to Penticton almost 6 years ago. They have been always super professional and even during COVID lockdown they took care of us.
My kids love them and they're the reason they're not scare of the dentist.
My son had an accident and his front teeth were broken, they acted super fast, he needed a root canal and they did such an incredible job that my son was able to go back to school and there was NO pain.
The staff is super friendly and knows us all, they make us feel so welcome.

Called in pain early Friday am got into chair at 10.30 am to extract a 5 tooth upper bridge. One anchor broken off so root out within 20 seconds . The husband and wife dental team so professional and pleasant. The front end and all staff so so nice. I would recommend this dental firm to everyone.

Amazing! So professional, courteous, and friendly! Had a wisdom tooth and very tricky molar extracted. I was very happy with how I was treated and the post-procedure care as well! A++++

a well run and highly efficient dental office. excellent use of technology. dentists and technicians are very good at their jobs.. they don't leave you sitting in the waiting room long. always feel I got what I paid for..and I have no dental plan to help pay. I would recommend to my family and friends and anyone looking for a great dental office.

I have been going to family dental for 4 yrs now and they are amazing.
They were so quick to get us in and can work around our busy schedules and was easily able to add our family members also I am not a dentist person at all and since going here I honestly have no problem going anymore even to get a filling it's quick no needle and no pain I was amazed.
