Well this had to be the most seamless fun filled vehicle purchase i have ever experienced. yes those two statements don’t usually go hand in hand as vehicle purchases are stressful but the staff here made it a mini party. Party poppers, spin the wheel,and all the while treating you like family and I don’t say that without meaning it. I went to the Nissan Dealership in Penticton and was met by Meghan Powers at the door, who introduced herself and offered to help me choose a car, when I explained what I was looking for. She went through various options, took me to the car lot, showed me multiple cars in the parking lot, explained the features of each one and then took me out for two test drives in two different cars ( I asked her to drive) to get a feel for the cars and the safety features, which she meticulously pointed out to me during our drives. My decision to buy a new Qashqai was based on Meghan’s first-hand knowledge of the car (she owns one) and I trusted that feedback. On the day I got the car she then went over the features and reassured me that I could call/drop by anytime with any questions or concerns that I might have. She sent me several videos on the different aspects of the car so that I could familiarize myself with the “new” buttons. Meghan is very knowledgeable about the features of the cars she is demonstrating. I had tried various dealerships before visiting Nissan and chose Nissan because of Meghan. She is “service personified”. No wonder she has so many gold excellence awards. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a car. Good job, Meghan!

I really want to share my appreciation for Nicole in service. As a lady, I have always been nervous about explaining what is wrong and that I need someone to look at it. When I had my truck serviced, Nicole kept in touch through text to let me know how it was going. In my phone as Nicole @Nissan. I was nervous to call in when I needed an appt. Hands down, the best dealership I've ever negotiated with. Alfonso Galang was the one who took care my application from start to finish. He got me approved the same day I went to him and asked for his help. I got the vehicle the next day and drove it home! I can't even think of something negative to say because honestly, the whole process was so smooth from start to finish.
