Crescent Falls Provincial Recreation Area

Holy moly beautiful place to stop for great views of the falls and Big Horn Canyon. Fun little hike too!

A lovely spot to hit up if your on the right path towards it. A pretty amazing waterfall setup to see here and some trails to hit up.

A Great area to explore! There are some fantastic views and neat trails surrounded by towering pine with some spruce and poplar as well.

Two ways to get here, a 45 minute easy hike in or drive right up to the falls parking lot. Either way is great to see this beautiful double waterfall. 10 out of 10 would hike to see these falls again.

Absolutely beautiful place I've gone twice once in winter and once in spring both time's have been amazing go during the week if you can! The road in can get icey in the winter and extremely muddy in the spring, nothing a car can't do just make sure your on the right tire's.

Having just hiked Siffleur Falls earlier in the day another camper recommended Crescent Falls further down the road. I was not disappointed. In fact I felt this was the more impressive of the two. The lookout before the falls provides a spectacular viewpoint of the canyon. Overall there was much to recommend it. It is 6 to 7 kilometre drive in to the site, so less mobile visitors can take full advantage of the views.
