My family and I decided it was time to treat ourselves to an Air Conditioning unit in our home. We contacted Reliance because we have been with them for many years for our furnace, and the service has been excellent. They sent out a Home Comfort Advisor named Peter and our entire experience with him was exceptional. His knowledge was extensive, he was kind and courteous, and most importantly: he was straight forward with the pricing and contract expectations. We are all very happy with our decision to move forward with everything before the hotter summer months hit! Thanks Peter!

The plumber Andrew today was great! He called before arriving, worked on our matter promptly, cleaned up after himself and was very polite! Definitely very impressed with today's visit! Great service and better outcome then I expected as he replaced the entire thing instead of just one piece ! Thanks again Andrew !

Randy came out and helped us to check our equipment was working properly. He was very informative and helpful. Our equipment wasn't doing what we wanted it to do so Peter came out and gave us good options for switching to a heat pump that would be a better fit for our situation. Great service, polite and professional reps, 100% would recommend. Just editing because Damian and Mike did such a super job on the installation of the new heat pump. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the company to go with

Dealing with the Sudbury office for Reliance is awesome. We had an issue with our hot water heater, and Morgan showed up the next morning to get us back up and running. He was polite, fast and did an excellent job.

Wonderful service. My salesman Craig went over and above helping me prepare for the furnace installation. He stayed in contact with me before during and after the process. Brad and Brendan were neat and quick getting the furnace up and running.

I just can’t say enough about the whole situation we had here. No hot water since Saturday. 4 days. Everything from the call to the company Reliance. The lady I first talked too was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. Then one man came the next day and found he needed a crew to get this done. Our water tank was so stuck in the wall, it wasn’t coming out. They put a new one in a closet for me. Nicest crew I have ever worked with. From beginning to end. They have our business for life…. Highly recommend this company. They gave me an end to my emergency quickly….

Rob did an excellent job of identifying the problem and rectifying it. He was courteous and professional. I wish I could say the same about the Bosch boiler that Reliance sold to me. It is less than two years old and it has already required servicing twice in 4 months. Stay away from Bosch boilers they are garbage.

We decided to get central air set up in our house, Peter was our rep and he was great to work with, knowledgeable and made the process super easy!

Phone support is excellent, met my expectations. Boiler failed and repaired within 24 hours. Repair technician also provided excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all questions even outside of repair. Happy customer.

Electrician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to what I said instead of just making assumptions. Looked at everything requested, made necessary on the spot repairs to outlets that haven't worked in years. Helped with the quote for an upgrade to my electrical panel, and didn't over complicate anything. Will working with them again on the panel upgrade in the future.

Called Reliance for work at my cottage and was very pleased with the service they provided. On time and took care of my place with respect to my pets and ensuring that they covered their boots to protect my floors! I would highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the workers for both my furnace and my water heater. The only problem I have is the guy who put in my water heater was supposed to come back and take out the old water heater but I haven't heard from him. Otherwise the people were curtious, friendly and very knowledgeable about their jobs.
