Best electrical store I've shopped at. Super friendly staff. Generally for contractors but everyone is welcome. They have everything I've ever needed in stock. Prices are always cheaper than the big home improvement stores.

Better quality, pricing, service. They know their stuff.

The service was great and the employees are Knowledgeable and efficient. Il be buying all my electrical supplies from them.

Great customer service. I went in for a simple wall mount network rack. This place caters to much larger installs and equipment, but they were still very good to me.

While not geared for your average consumer (up to a certain extent), if you are doing any sort of electrical renovation (either wiring or even networking) this is the place to go. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and prices are good.

Bought $160 worth of items last week. Was told if we didnt need them all to just return them. Went back later that day & was told they cannot give same day refunds & to come back next week.
Went back just now & was told they wouldnt do returns at all unless you have a company/contractor account in which case they would apply a credit only.

Prices are inflated (hence the return)
You'll save yourself a lot of time & money if you just go to Dixon!

Other customers complaining about different matters at the same time as well.

Absolutely horrible experience as a truck driver to go there, they treat truck drivers very bad.. wouldn’t want to step my feet in that place anymore

Very rude from the moment they answered the phone. Not sure why.
