Very friendly and professional service even though I was too late on Friday evening, perfectly trilangual and patient. Would 100% recommend and come back myself! Gave proper advice on food, socks and shoes with my personal goals in mind!

I know many reviews here have been a bit confusing and I am very aware that it really depends on the person you end up being assisted by. My experience has been very positive. The shop assistant was very patient and extremely informative. I took my time to find the perfect pair of running shoes as I am aa beginner and I have never been to a specialized shop like this one. I was even given tips on how to tighten up the laces to get more support. A very positive experience and totally worth the investment .

Just bought a pair of running shoes. I had booked online an appointment for a test. They were thorough, recorded the way I run on a trainer, presented different options on different brands. Knowledgeable without a lot of unnecessary talking. I liked it!

It is obvious that this shop is created out of love for the sport and the business part comes second. The people gave me their full attention, and by this I mean that they listened about my weird foot condition for half an hour. I received some competent advise and consequently I am very happy with my purchases.

Worth double the money. I used to pass in front of these running stores thinking they were not for me, while going to physiotherapy to treat my injuries. Then passed by Trakks to buy a pair of trainers. Wish I had gone earlier to buy proper shoes and get the necessary advice on how to run. Loving the results now.

One of the best shopping experiences you can get. They are really eager to help, they know their stuff. These guys are ultra runners in their free time. They run Marathons, they compete in hard-core trail runs up mountains. They Know running and they know running shoes. Great selection of shoes for all terrains, all distances, all foot shapes and running gaits. Best store in Brussels for your running gear. I've been and bought at all the running stores in Brussels and TraKKs is just better. The advice they give is excellent and simply more informed. There's a running machine with slo-mo replay so they can analyse your gait (i.e. how you land on your foot). I wouldn't go anywhere else if you're serious about running or if you're starting out and you want some help picking the right shoe for you. I've bought three pairs there so far. One for Rocky trails, long distance tarmac, and shorter gravel distances. Each pair is spot on.

This store specializes in running shoes. With a great variety of brands and models and trained personnel, you are almost guaranteed to get what you need and walk away with a smile. Kudos for the service.

Super friendly staff... The store manager was able to help me choose exactly the running I needed depending on running style (oh yeah I forgot to mention .. you get to run one treadmill to figure out how you hit the ground with your feet and therefore get adapted shoes ...)

Came in to buy a new pair of running shoes after an unsurprisingly mediocre experience at a Nike’s shop, and was highly satisfied with the quality of advice given (on the products, but also on my running style), my many questions were met with patience and expertise, and I left with a pair of shoes I have loved using ever since

A large choice of shoes (a lot of shoes for trails, incredible in Brussels!). Very helpful advices and the treadmill is perfect to try the product.
