I bought a concealer and a bronzer in the shop this afternoon. When I was going home by bike, it was raining and my bag (which was made of paper) tore and my newly products were on the ground without me knowing. I only noticed when I was almost home, but I went back and found my stuff. Only to see them shattered by the cars who drove over them... I picked the bronzer and concealer up, concealer was unable to be carried because the glass was shattered. The bronzer stood a chance. I could go home but I decided to go back to the store. The storemanager made sure my purchased products were replaced with new products, without making a problem. I was so happy with this service, highly recommend this store for their costumerservice!

Largest Belgian department store where you can buy more or less anything. Comparable to ‘El Corte Ingles’.

A very big store woth a great variety of choice.

I mostly visit this place during Sales/promotion season..that os in January and july. You will get discount from 30% to 80 % on branded products.

A lot shopping to do? This is a place to go! Shopping place has also delicious food to eat inside in case you get hungry. Beautiful architecture inside!

Great variety of shops and brands....

I had a wonderful experience at Inno Meir. Unfortunetaly I don’t know the name of the lady that helped me at the Dior department today, but she was amazing. She gave great advise, didn’t just wanted to sell but actually knew what she was doing and just overall takes the time for her clients, so they know exactly which products to use. Really wish I knew her name, would recommend her to anyone as a beauty advisor ☺

Jenny is 100% recommendable. Nice experience!

Great store, with premium products such as Dior and Chanel perfume and cosmetics, other brands like DKNY, CK, and many... watches, clothes. Medium to expensive prices.

Perfect experience at Sunglass Hut today, Agron is a wonderful store assistant who helped me to find the perfect sunglasses, and he made the process a lot more fun too, he has a great personality! If only ever sales experience could be so great. Thanks Agron!

Good quality goods, professional advice

The store is a bit dated, but they have everything you need. From very fine lingerie to nice cocktail dresses, or nice stuff for your house. I always go here fore the large selection of lingerie/underwear and great collection of pantyhoses. They have the most colourful collection!

Awesome department store, with broad selection of A brands. Staff could be a bit friendlier though. Nicely situated in one of the main shopping streets, so you can visit when on a shopping spree in Antwerp centre. Also the centre is mostly off limits for cars, so shopping is relaxed.

If u need something to but (clothing, home stuff, cosmetics...) this would be the best place to start shopping. Big variety of brands, high quality, often offered in reduced prices and very nice service. U will come out with a very pleasant shopping experience :)

Beautiful building with a lot of different products. At the top floor you can eat in Lunchgarden. On the different levels you find lingerie, luxury products, men's wear, women's wear, kitchen utilities, and so on.. it's very nice to shop and the staff is really nice. If you want your presents to be wrapped for Christmas, make sure you have time enough to wait, because the wrapping stations are stalled.

A beautiful and big store of everything, in the heart of Antwerp. Located in the famous shopping district of Meir, which it makes it perfect for shopping, anyway. Super friendly staff and good prices in thousands of products. Must visit!
