Based on my review of the already shared feedback, my review is no different as Napoleon and his wife were super helpful considering that we were no easy customers to be convinced (price-wise).

The shop was all set to be closed but Napoleon spent more than 2hours explaining, and investing in the customer's interest/expectations within the budget, which was finally concluded as a sale the next day.

I've been searching for a good diamond store for weeks now after I almost gave up I came across Riginov and the kindest most sympathiek store owner Napoli.

He helped me finally find an engagement ring and bracelet that were gorgeous! They made it so it could fit me without any judgement and only kindness. Napoli is very thorough and he knows exactly what he is talking about. I live in Amsterdam but I went all the way to Antwerp it was worth the whole trip.

Can't wait to go back to buy another gorgeous set from this store♡

My wife and I were in Antwerp to find an engagement ring and a wedding ring.
We visited several shops but we didn't trust them.
Then we stumbled across Riginov by chance.
Napoleon welcomed us warmly as we came 5 minutes before closing time.
He was very professional and kind, he took his time to explain a lot of things about diamonds. He helped us to choose the right ring and we are very satisfied with our choice.

For me the most important thing to buy a diamond ring was to be able to trust the seller and at Riginov with Napoleon and Sivan it was the case.

The packaging of the ring is amazing, you also receive a cleaning product, a polishing cloth and a lifetime service for polishing, repair and size change.

The shop is very luxurious and beautiful, they have a lot of choices and the prices are really good.

I was looking for a particular Arnold&Son watch and Riginov is one of the few Official Retailers. After some calls, where the communication was smooth and welcoming, I opted to purchase the watch from Napoleon.

Even though, due to Covid-19 restrictions, I wasn’t able to go to Antwerp I found the “virtual” sale to be extremely easy as we managed to cover all the relevant points in a few calls. Constant updates on the process as well as pics of the watch being shipped are a very pleasant plus in this cases.

I must recommend Napoleon and his staff not only if you are in Belgium but also for indirect online sales.
