First, Peter gave advise in a very helpful and Patient way to me when buying 2 small inexpensive lamps in June.
Second, when fixing those lamps, one of it broke and I had to reorder it. And, too, I needed another cableholder. When contacting the Ace Team, Lauranne promptly sent the invoice, sending the broken piece for free and also shipped the other piece for free. This all in a very friendly and professional manner. I am delighted! Thank you Folks!!
