Kafei Korner Sablon

Dreamy place. I came here to try the fluffy pancakes and loved them. The black sesame latte was super unique and I enjoyed it. If I lived closer, I’d visit all the time. It smells good and is very clean.

Their coffee is very good. The pancakes are special: very tasty, super fluffy and light. Tried the tiramisu ones and they are excellent. One portion for two people is probably fine. I don't think it's worth trying other type of desserts or pastries here, go for the pancakes. Prices are, as usual, higher than justified. Staff is nice but service at the table would be appreciated, queueing at the bar at such a small place (or at any place) is not very practical. The atmosphere is nothing special but not unpleasant.

Very cozy little café with wonderful food and coffee options. I ordered a moccachino (with a complimentary dairy alternative), the hojicha fluffy pancakes, and a matcha cookie with white chocolate chips. All were excellent! Good free wifi is available. Credit card payment only, they do not accept cash. Also, as noted on their menu: “A batch of pancakes takes approximately 20 minutes, preparation time can vary in rush hour.” So time your visit accordingly if you are in a hurry to be elsewhere soon after!

Nice! Pancakes were actually really fluffy and we found a nice place.
I however recommend getting a non-sweet drink to go along with one of the pancakes because they're quite sweet. I got a moccachino which was a bit overwhelming

We have visited this place to get a nice cup of coffee. And we got one in addition to nice cookies. Definitely recommended. Here is the details;

🍽 Food Options: They have nice, original cookies. Fluffy pancakes was also looking worth to try. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to wait them. (App.20 min)

🪑Wait Times: It wasn't busy, they quickly prepared out stuff.
🔔 Noise Level: We sat on outside tables, it was calm. Inside was also quiet enough.

Flat white with oats milk is great!
They serve fluffy Japanese pancakes. We had the one with popcorn and caramel - it wasn’t to my liking but my husband enjoyed it. Note they take approx 20 min to make.

We had these amazing Japanese pancakes and they were absolutely delicious. I tried Apple and miso filling - top notch. Coffee is good. The staff is good, we had a slight misunderstanding about what exactly I ordered but it was resolved quickly.

Do you know how many times I’ve tried fluffy pancake? Will not tell you! But this year I’ve made myself a goal, not to try anymore as yours are definitely the best!
Beside this, lunch plates are incredible!

I went to this Kafei for the first time and the place as well as the baristas were lovely.

I ordered ube coco pancakes which were perfect, better than the choco ones I tasted at Dansaert. It kinda gets crowded and don’t be rushed because pancakes take at least 15 min to make.

The most delicious pancakes in the city (try the tiramisu pancake, soooo tasty). Lots of options to choose for a dessert.Their coffee is great! It is in a very central area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small cafeteria so you may wait to find a table.

Nice little spot for a coffee in between all the thrifting you can do around here. I had a chai latte, which was really good, and my friend had a matcha latte, which she liked as well! Kaffei is famous for their fluffy pancakes, they looked delicious but we didnt have any this time, but I’ll be back! They had some cookes on the counter as well and they looked deliciously decadent. Ill be back for those too!

One thing to note though, is that this is a kafei korner, so you dont have the full menu you would have in a normal kafei.

Kafei is a wonderful coffeebar in the centre of Brussels. They serve the best fluffy pancakes with different toppings. Matcha and tiramisu are superb. In the other Kafei bars, you can also enjoy some other tasty plates!

Really solid Costa Rican filter. Staff seemed like they knew their stuff. I caught them training a new member of staff in steaming milk. All the pointers were said in a very nice and respectful way.

Wonderful little coffee shop with Japanese inspired baked goods. The coffee is excellent, the chiffon cake is delicious and the staff is super friendly. Also wifi and power points for those needing a pitstop coffee break to check their emails or finalise a document.

Their pancakes are so beautiful so you even don't want to eat them. But still very tasty, could be more than two pancakes for plate though
