TLScontact – Visa Application Centre Brussels

Here’s the directions to the TLS for the UK here :

- It is located in the building called South Center Titanium (located just opposite Gare du midi/Bruxelles-Zuid)
- Inside the building, go to the lifts further down and select level 5
- At level 5 you will be see the poster of the TLS for Great Britain. There will be someone asking you about the purpose of your visit and whether you have an appointment. They will then open the door for you (as you cannot do it yourself)
- Once directed to the seating area, prepare your printed Checklist document along with your passport and ID card.

Note : the process is quick if you had chosen to self upload your documents.

We applied on October 18 for a tourist visa and got the passport today (November 2) with a positive decision!
Even though the service is a bit expensive (almost 100 bucks for receiving and sending your application...), we are really happy to get all our documents on time.
Tips for evidence of funds: we attached all our bank statements + an accountant letter (because we are self employed)

Clear, professional service and instructions. For applicants: just follow the rules as they are stated at ukvisa website and you’ll be more than fine.

I just wanted to add a review to give reassurance for whoever needs it. I was super worried after reading some of the google reviews from the last 2 years about working times taking months and people missing their trips and not having your passport. This for sure made me avoid planning trips to the UK. But this year I gave it a shot and I sent my passport in July and it took 15 working days as they state. The employees at TLS were very professional and friendly. There was a slight confusion with the way they wrote my name and last name on the visa but all that matters is that it arrived as scheduled!

I was attended to nicely. Staff are polite and willing to support you at every stage.

Excellent service. Super fast. I applied for UK standard visa 180 days multiple entry. And just got in 2 weeks by DHL. Initially I was skeptical about the negative reviews here but if you submit all the documents correctly then it shouldn't be a problem.

Update: got my passport with the visa back in 14 working days!

Polite and helpful staff. We used the self service option and uploaded documents beforehand. We only had to wait about 15-20 minutes before having fingerprints taken. They said the decision time could be between 3-6 weeks for the standard tourist visa
Please follow instructions on the website and print out the document check list to bring with you.

Very helpful staff. I needed priority visa processing service (having booked a standard service initially) and there was a woman who did everything to help me. Once the application was sent out, I received feedback in 4 working days (my passport and visa).

Went there on the 15th of february for a UK Tourist Visa and got my passport back via DHL express on the 1th of march.
I think if you follow the check-list then everything will go smooth.

I highly recommend the self-upload service. If you upload everything in advance, your visit to the centre is less 15min. Staff are very friendly but quite overwhelmed with a great number of tasks: so, make sure to bring all the relevant documents in a single folder. Also, make sure to bring the VAF, checklist, and TLS receipt of additional services. If you follow the instruction and bring these docs in order, this place is both smooth and painless.

Was kind of worried after reading all the negative reviews on here, but had a very positive experience submitting my biometrics.

I did not have to wait for my appointment at all, in fact I was done earlier than my original appointment time (you have to arrive 15 mins early), and everyone was kind and helpful.

Most of the complaints on here are due to the extensive waiting times for visas (going well over the deadline), but it is important to note that that's in UKVI's hands, not TLS'.

I didn’t fully understand the website so I didn’t upload the needed documents to website, it resulted me waited a bit longer. But other than that, service is efficient and colleagues are polite. They gave the clear instructions and are helpful the whole time. To post is to tell people, do submit the document to website before going to the appointment:p

Firstly, I commend the location of TLScontact. It's straightforward to locate for a first time visitor on an appointment. And the services are well organised and structured with a friendly environment. I enjoyed the service because I didn't waste time waiting for my turn and the staff had good communication skills.

Cons: I previously used TLS center services in other countries, so Brussels one was a bit unusual for me in terms of security. I did expect more on that front... Will not mention all the points though.

Pros: I like the fact that originals of any documents are not required for submission. Only copies are sufficient, which makes it so much easier - no worrying about lost or misplaced originals on they way back from Paris!

Service is always good, even if with some waiting in the room during peak seasons. Staff are always friendly, helpful and very patient even with difficult customers. Thank you!

I would like to thank the staff during my application process.They have always been there to answer my questions and make me feel at ease throughout the process. My whole experience was fine. I have applied in many TLScontact centers across the world. this center is not the best but not as bad as described here in the comments.

After exactly three weeks I got an email telling me that my passport is being handed to DHL.

The only problem there was no tracking number in the email, and i can not reach them because their online contact system is not working, unlike all TLS centers I have been to who all had the exact same system.

I just need a way to get my tracking number so I can arrange pickup with DHL.

Got my passport in exactly 3 weeks as promised, maybe not the most organised center but definitely good service. I will recommend.

I have submitted a UKVI visitor visa with the reference number GWF062781198 on the 3rd of December 2021 and is 90 days now. Please i didn’t hear any decision about the visa and my passport and I need to travel to Africa early next month so please can you people help me to get my passport back course am really stressful and frustrated.
