Cody helped me when my Doc Martens didn't arrive in Sydney. Platypus in Newtown Sydney NSW ordered them.

He was outstanding in his customer service and went out of his way to support my enquiry.

Newtown in Sydney NSW couldn't care less.

We were in this shop this morning and I just wanted to say how fantastic the two staff members were I believe one was only on her first shift they both were helpful and kind as my daughter was making up her mind on which converse shoes she wanted and also found the size of shoes I needed for my son

Lacey and Maddy were so smiley and greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. I normally dont leave reciews but their customer service as so good. They give such good advice about sizing and I left with Docs. Will definitely only be back at this Chirnside store !

This company has a great selection in sports shoes they have a great range very comfortable shoes friendly service and love the converse shoes

We were the only people in the shop. No greeting, recognition, customer service, nothing. You may as well have a mannequin working there. After about five minutes of waiting we went and bought shoes from Rebel.
