Kim at Chirnside Park Jay Jays exceeded my expectations. I went in looking for a dress but was unable to find it. She wasted no time in getting on her computer and tracking one down in my size, she rang the store and had them put it aside for me. She took 10-15 minutes of her time and made sure I had everything I needed and got wlexactly what I was looking for. Not alot of stores take the time to be personal anymore, so I greatly appreciated the effort Kim put into my shopping experience.

Came and exchanged for new sizes today, walked out with a huge smile! They learnt my name, helped me choose some better options and had great banter! Absolutely loved the experience, and will be back, especially if the same 2 are there! Thanks guys 👍

Need to share the most amazing customer service experience today, 2 sales assistants one named Kim and the other lady I apologize I didn’t get her name but there service was amazing .
Urgently needing some denim shorts for my young daughter to go to a friends party tonight and time running out Kim searched the store high and low even digging into boxes in the store room to help find something suitable
Kim found three options and proceeded to help my daughter as if she was her own !!
Kim offered my daughter advise on the styling and made her feel happy and confident and come away smiling
Kim’s service as well as the other young lady was old school one on one sales help without a high pressure sales pitch just genuine caring

My son's name is jj and he loves this store. He is 13 teen and the main lady with short dark hair is amazing , she always knows what's in her store where it is , and if the size is available as he is in xxs. She has the happiest smile on her face and makes the shopping experience fun for my son . Thank you jjs ....

Fantastic clothing for everyone

This is a great store, they have so many good items and they are all good quality fabric. They are a bit pricy, I got one shirt for $30 but it’s good quality and worth it. I highly recommend going here
