What a fantastic customer experience these guys offer! After contacting the team at liteshop for replacement parts for my Olight M3X, I realised after they had shipped the spares that I hadn't given them the correct model number of my torch (and older Triton unit). At their own expense they supplied what I needed, even though the error was on my behalf! Between this and their competitive prices (spare I needed was less than half the price of what I'd found online elsewhere) I'm a very happy customer, thanks again guys!
