I bought a phone cover here when I had a brand new phone still in the box which I had bought nearby as a gift. I was told any problems bring it back. It didn't fit and when I returned they REFUSED a refund and I was told to return on Monday. When I returned on Monday they still didn't have it, I was REFUSED a refund again and told to return the following day. I tried to explain I was over 20 minutes away and couldn't get back tomorrow. The girl said you look after your phone come back when you can. My phone was looked after because I HADN'T USED IT, till that day. I went back a couple of days later and got the correct cover but not before I had dropped my phone and it had been scratched. Refusing my refund was ILLEGAL as they had not sold me something that was fit for purpose. Do not shop there and don't buy things away from home for convenience because it ends up being more trouble than it's worth. And YES I did have my receipt.

Between 4:30 and 5pm on friday the 5th of November I went into the store...
The lady who served us was extremely rude, I just wanted to buy a Samsung tablet for one of my children, I was told that I couldn't purchase it outright and that I would have to buy it on a plan and pay it off over two years.. it would have cost more than triple the price to buy it on the plan!
She demanded to know if I was fully vaccinated, I told her that "I am fully vaccinated" (even though it was none of her business). I was wearing my mask, her mask didn't cover her mouth and nose properly and when I asked if she was fully vaccinated she told me that it's none of my business!
They don't deserve a single star but I had to give the undeserved star to review the store.
I recommend going literally anywhere else!
