Unbelievable customer care, I bought a pool net 8x5 meters online, and after getting it by post found a small ripped-off on it. I asked them to send me a patch to fix it.
Incredibly they send me the same product without no paying for it.
I would highly recommend it and will buy from them again.

Fantastic keyboard!! I used to play on a Yamaha piano and I love how this keyboard plays, definitely worth it the price. Would recommend to anyone who is a beginner or wanting a piano alternative. Klika also rang to check up and see if everything was working well, which it is. No issues, also was delivered fast which is a bonus :)

My order was received quickly. It was most convenient for me that it was delivered by Australia Post because I'm in a high rise building and I need to be home to receive parcels. I knew the time the Australia Postie came so made sure I was home.

Purchased the Morphy Richards Illumination Kettle - Aesthetically pleasing, love the light up feature, only drawback is that you need to manually remove the top cap (does not flip open) to fill with water.

We bought a gazebo through the website. It was an easy transaction, and although it clearly stated on the product description that the item was a pre-order, the company still contacted me afterwards to make sure I knew this was the case, and gave me to option to cancel the order if I missed the info and was expecting it earlier than the scheduled despatch date. The item was delivered quickly, and a follow up call from the company was made to make sure I received my item. The item itself is really good quality, and easier to set up and pack down that we expected. Thank you!

Had such a great experience with Klika. Ordered a stunning blue velvet sofa and it arrived within 48hours! Delivery was simple and easy to communicate with. The couch was very smartly packed with all the tools/ legs and arms hidden under a compartment. Assembly took only an hour. Highly recommend!
