Bunnings Keysborough

By my home standards this is a huge store . Catering for nearly all DIY needs. It has a drive in section for trades men.
A very well laid out store with helpful staff members. Something for every need!

I visited Bunnings this morning to purchase grass turf, and I was fortunate enough to receive assistance from Tim. Not only did Tim help me load the turf into my car, but he also went above and beyond by ensuring that my car's interior remained clean by expertly placing plastic sheeting. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Tim's exceptional service made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Tim to anyone visiting Bunnings for his outstanding assistance and professionalism. Thank you, Tim, for your outstanding service!

My husband just returned from the Bunnings in Keysborough and I swear this is the first time in many years that he couldn’t stop praising the staff member who helped him. He didn’t catch her name but described her as mature and possibly called Michelle. He was blown away by her attitude, helpful disposition and level of customer service. I had to write a review because good service should be acknowledged.

Always a hello on entering which is always welcoming.
Staff are helpful if you are trying to find anything odd, and exceed in finding what you need, plus advice too.
It is such a large store, I often go on line to check out an item/s I require and can obtain the location of the product before driving there.
If you have a growing family there are special play area and smaller trolleys for kids.
Can slow down and have a serve of Coffee of other snack delights.
The gardening section is great for the green thumbs and always has a great display for spring.

Special mention to Aaron. Absolute gentleman. Helpful from the start to finish at my visit to Keysborough Bunnings. Even after coming home noticing a small issue (which is not his fault just people taking items from boxes which is sad to say the least) I called to speak to Aaron about what happened, he had options and ultimately a solution to my issue which was sorted immediately. Thanks again Aaron!

What can I say "it is a Bunnings and Bunnings are great" but this location is better than others in my area, better parking, better staff and easy to get to. Very rarely have I not been able to get what I went to the store for. All in all, a great store.

Came into the store with a DIY problem. Ben was helpful, considerate, polite and gave extra tips. Top class service - 11 out of 10!

I brought a dewalt power saw with battery, it was on special. I used it all day cutting up odds and ends in the backyard. I amhappy with the product.I am also pretty impressed with the BBQ area. Pizza oven and so on.The parking area is massive.Also a handy bit of information is the bunnings app.It tells you what lane the product you are looking for is in.How good is that..

We visit often for different things. My husband is a tradie, so often buys things for his work projects and business needs. I come often for the garden centre, lots of variety of plants, soils, mulches and pots. I also have bought many items for my bearded dragon enclosures, sand, coir peat, fabric leafy backgrounds, etc. There is something for lots of home and business projects!

A full-fledged warehouse store with all your plants, woodworking, lighting and plumbing needs with even a cafe inside the Bunnings. What more could you ask for?

Needed to hire a ute. I was assisted by Marshall at the information desk.
He explained the hire process thoroughly and his customer service was very professional and friendly. He was very helpful.

Me and my daughter always go here for plants and potting soil.And we have to visit the cafe for abit of lunch and to see our favourite bunnings worker her name is Anna and shes just fantastic and such a wonderful ladie .Always has a friendly personality and she makes our day everytime we visit

Staff were very friendly and helpful. An asile was blocked for restacking, that contained the item I needed. A staff member searched through the piles of new stock and found what I needed! Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Met Kevin in the timber yard and he couldn’t be more helpful , he was most helpful advising on various products and recommendations on the timber we needed for our home project

Plenty of products at good prices, large store with a lot of parking just off Springvale Road.

I deal with Jan from trade on a regular basis and she's amazing! The staff here in general are very easy to deal with and helpful when u need them.

Incredible customer service. My daughter and I love participating in the DIY craft sessions each week. Tam was exceptional. She was extremely friendly, kind, patient, encouraging and generous with her time. My daughter, who is usually very shy, felt very happy and comfortable around Tam and many of the other Bunnings employees too. The cashier at checkout today was also very friendly, and the greeter at the door left us smiling on the way out too.

Got helped by Liam today. He was an amazing help. Told him I'm building a BBQ bench and he helped me pick out the right wood for the job and cut it all ready to go.
