Renovator Store

Excellent service and products. I requested for express shipping and a person from the store called to let me know that their free shipping would take the same time (saving me money that she didn't have to save me!). She did however caution that the delivery was unlikely to happen before the weekend but she would process my order immediately, which she did and I received the item by courier the very next morning..... well before the weekend. Renovator store completely exceeded my expectations. Only shame is I don't recall the name of the lovely lady that called me but either way, Thank you Thank you Thank you so much!!!

Great competitive prices, bent over backwards to send actual pics of the Swedia sink l eventually purchased. Fast delivery. Gail, friendly and imformative. I am a customer service manager and hard to please admittedly. Easily navigated website, never had a problem with Australia Post that could not be sorted. Thanks all, K.

My granite basin arrived damaged (a chunk out and split in half) thanks to Australia Post. I took a few photos and emailed Renovator Store. They emailed back within an hour and asked me to complete a simple online form with the images then said they would deal with Aus Post directly. They also let me know that a replacement had been dispatched.
They made everything extremely simple and their communication and customer service was exemplary.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Ordered the 2 x 45 litre kitchen bins that go in a 600 wide cabinet. Arrived quickly, and once hubby got to grips with the templates and instructions we ended up with a great result in an Ikea cabinet. Would shop there again.

I bought 2 of the round Moku bamboo basins for $384.25 each and could not be happier with the quality of this product. The finish is very smooth and I love the intricacies of the fine bamboo pattern on the bowl.

We wanted something different for our double vanity ensuite and these two elegant wooden basins would complement our black tapware perfectly! The products also come with a 5-year warranty.

Great experience and communication on delivery of order over Easter break. Ordered linear drains and they arrived quickly from interstate. Would not hesitate to recommend.

So good that this place exists. Gave us heaps of ideas to get the right suppliers for our renovations.

I purchased a faulty kitchen mixer that lasted a few months, it was replaced and then again something else went wrong, and another thing and all they do is to send me instructions on how to fix it myself. A kitchen mixer shouldn't have to be fixed by a plumber or myself if it is less than a year old and under warranty, very bad product that is still being sold by this store. Swedia Prima mixer tap.

I received a faulty runner on a pull out pantry unit. It was faulty upon opening, I was expecting a straightforward return process but it has been absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.
Our cabinetry works have been delayed for three weeks when it really should have been as simple as ‘We’re sorry for the inconvenience, your replacement part is on the way, here is a return label for you to print’. It’s not hard.
I had to take videos, photos, I’ve called, emailed, live chatted and am still nowhere!
Looking increasingly like I’ll have to go to Consumer Affairs which is totally ridiculous.
Absolutely do not recommend, faulty items happen, but it is proving impossible to get assistance with it and that is unacceptable

Purchased a product that was not as described, sturdy metal arm for rotating shelves was instead replaced with a thin, filmsy plastic arm. Missing parts as well, and instructions very unclear.
Have requested refund and hope for a speedy resolution including coverage of shipping for return as the product is faulty - so shipping should not be customer responsibility if it's not a change of mind.
Hopefully their customer service is decent and a good resolution is found, that would promote my faith in perhaps making a future purchase of a different product. Otherwise, avoid.

The customer service or the lack of it in this store is appalling.

We purchased a tap from them during our renovations and when the plumber tried to install it, the tap couldnt handle the water pressure and it popped out. This was a fairly expensive tap at $179.
Anyways, we bought another tap from Reece and fitted that one. The drama started when I contacted Renovator Store customer service to get a refund - they absolutely tried every trick in the book to avoid giving me a refund for the faulty product. They went to the extent of asking me to take a video of tap bursting knowing very well that I will have to pay a plumber a call out fee just so that they can have a video.

I am disgusted by their behavior and will probably go to consumer court to get justice.

Do yourself a favor, spend your money elsewhere. These people will send you a lemon and charge you for it too.

Avoid these guys, they use aust post for delivery and Aust Post is completely unreliable. Factor an extra cost to get someone to pick your items from the post office as Aus post will not deliver it. IT will cost you twice as much in transport. so budget for extra. find someone that uses a different courier.
