Good range and helpful friendly staff. In my experience they are always willing to help solve any issue and take you to what you after. This is a far better service model than other chains whose staff will usually respond in might be in aisle 43, that's if you can get help in the first place. I always feel comfortable and welcome which is why we keep going back. Well done and we will see you soon.

I was looking for a towball hitch extender and the amazing man I spoke to rang around and found one for us, I cannot thank him enough I wish I got his name please acknowledge his amazing service he fully went above and beyond.

Just wanting to express appreciation to the staff at RTM Fyshwick ACT recently.

We purchased a smart TV and had ussues with audio uotput of the device. I.e. no sound.

Having tried everything but showung the device a box of matches we returned the unit to the store and explained the situation.

A member if the staff tested the unit abd if ciurse tge sound worked oerfectly, thank you Mr Murphy!

We were ogfered to take the iffending unit home wuth us to try again, bit if we "did niot feel comfortable with tbis option we could have a replacement unit instead.

We opted for the replacement unit and the unit functioned perfectly.

I was very imoressed by the attitude if the staff, friendly, helpfull understanding and simply trying to resolve the issue in a sensible and reasonable manner.

My thanks to the staff, I certainky recommend this store and thanks to the staff for a very enlightening and pleasant experiebce.

Good range but staff are new and don’t know a lot about chancellery or rigging.
Staff are happy to get stuff in if their suppliers have it.

Really good store to visit for caravanning and 4WDriving requirements. I needed electrical components including LED replacement bulbs. Looked in Supercheap Autos, Repco and Jaycar. Found them here. Staff very helpful too. There's lots of interesting camping stuff. Of course a lot of the store is devoted to marine things. If you like gadgets this place is heaven.
