Rita and Nick were fantastic, I came into store needing a new band for my older Fossil watch and they went above and beyond to help me. I left the some feeling like a valued customer and a new band for my watch.

Jennifer, Swarnim and Nick make a great time. I went twice in the store (as there was so much to choose from) but Jennifer specially was most patient, literally modelled when I had difficulty choosing and made sure she understood the requirements and suggested items accordingly.

I was looking to buy 4+ watches and Chandana has helped me to pick the right ones and also helped me to get the best deals. I end up buying 8 watches altogether. This store has variety of models and majority of them are on offer.

Absolutely phenomenal service at fossil today. The team (especially Swarnim) were incredibly helpful with helping us choose the right bag and highlighting what sets fossil products apart. Highly recommend the team and store !

Went for shopping at Fossil outlet during Queen's Birthday. The customer service was top notch. The entire team of staff namely Asif, Saumil, Aleisha, Oliver and Jennifer were warm and welcoming. They helped us with our selection of watches. Though the store was busy they spent a great deal of time and effort to ensure we were satisfied with our selection. They gave us space and time to make our selections and did not rush us in spite of the store being busy .Will visit the store again.

Went to the store to purchase a new fossil for a mate. There were many options available to choose from and I needed some expert advice. Jemima & Aimee were amazing to deal with. They made sure I felt comfortable with the choice and features. I would def be coming back to buy again. Suggesting people to come and chat with Aimee and Jemima to choose their next watch.

I took my watch into Fossil South Wharf DFO to get a couple of the pins taken out. The lady they helped me (think she was the store manager) was extremely helpful even though I didn't buy the watch from the store. Thank you for the great customer service! To date I have purchased 3 watches from Fossil. Fantastic!

Walked into Fossils as my Fossil watch strap was broken. Was greeted by ELISE who very kindly offered to take a look at the strap. Then went to the store room to see if she could find me something similar to suit the watch band and she did come back with an exact match and fixed my strap. ELISE could have told me “you need to buy a new strap “. Which is what I have been told in other stores. But this is what you call excellent customer service. My five stars are for ELISE and the customer service she extended to me. Keep up the good work.
