Thank-you to Dylan who went above and beyond to help me find a size I needed in a jumper that my niece really loved and wanted for her birthday! They didn’t have the size at DFO south warf but Dylan took down my number and called the other shops to see who did have one. He then msged me the next day (as it was after 5pm and they were closed) to say which store had it and he had popped it on hold for me! Thanks again Dylan, I went to Essendon DFO and was in and out in minutes!.. now that is great customer service!
