My friend purchased a pair of casual walking shoes which cost around $40 or so owing to the ongoing discount sales. It was a bargain for sure, and something not to be missed. The staff were always friendly and really helped us in finding our next best shoe.

I went to this store today (October 2023) to buy a pair of everyday shoes.

The first man to serve me was ok. He answered my questions reluctantly and then disappeared. I wasn't asking for anything hard, and I am always polite.

Waiting at the counter alone, thankfully, Reece stepped in to help me, and he was amazing!

My shoe size was not in their store, so Reece offered to call another DFO outlet store after explaining to me how things operate with each DFO store. That is, stock comes in unannounced each week.

On calling another store, Reece told me that there was a pair of shoes available in my size. He then confirmed with me that I was happy to go to another store, and I went and picked the shoes up.

The staff were So helpful! I bought some items that I later realised were the wrong size. I was welcomed back & made very comfortable while working out alternative sizes/ items & both staff members I dealt with went above & beyond to assist me.

Worth a visit. Came in on a day with 40% off lowest marked price - picked up t-shirts for $15-18. Remember to bring your own bags though, they charge 15c each

Customer service here is excellent, and so are the discounted prices. I got a jumper and a pair of shoes for only $90! I'm not sure if I actually 'saved' 40% but it was cheap nevertheless. Well worth the visit.

Puma always seems to be a bit more understated than their competitors .

Excellent staff offering prompt advice and service, the product range was amazing and so do the deals.
The best part is that by shopping in the store we are entitled to get discount in parking as well.
Would certainly recommend visiting the store if in search of personal apparel, too good to miss out.
