Pretty good stuff. Equivalent of the local Best Buy for those North Americans. Unfortunately that also means pressure of insurance sales on the salespeople. That being said, if you know what you're looking for, you can't go wrong here.

Went there today around 2.30pm for Boxing Day sales...the place was rammed with shoppers. I was getting a new phone. I was served within 5 mins by Kristian who was outstanding. I had to hang around for a while as my network provider details were being switched and there was some issue with an incorrect account number so i had a good 20mins to observe him handling multiple customers (sometimes very rude) and he was so cool, calm and professional with everyone. Very good customer service to everyone in a very hectic work environment, so impressed, I would've lost my cool for sure, people were actally tugging at the staff in there today! Well done to everyone but especially Kristian and i was very happy with the deal on my new phone.

I was so happy and impressed with the fast and helpful service today. I was looking for a new phone. Something specific. Other JB hifi stores were out of stock but they had them here. I can highly recommend and next time I need something when in Melbourne this will be my go to store first.

Great shopping experience. We went twice to buy branded stuff. Really very cheap. Good food at this place too. But, parking can be expensive. Every 2 hrs- aus 28 dollars. Take a free zone tram , drop near Melbourne Aquarium and walk to DFO South Wharf.

Pretty great JB Hi Fi store, you have to go up one set of escalators to reach the store on the ground floor and its towards the front end area of the store. They have most items in stock and staff were very helpful.

We went there to buy a TV. Aman from the customer service team helped us to buy the best TV which suits our needs and interests. His customer service was par excellence and his knowledge about TV ‘s and its technologies was commendable.

We had a great time shopping at JB HiFi. We were presented with the best deals as compared to other websites.

Great staff great prices!! After a long couple of days chasing up a similar product from ALDI only to find that ALDI don't update their stock online I decided to go to JB hi-fi and found a similar product for $150 cheaper with delivery included Thanks JB hi-fi I will be coming to you guys in the future and not wasting time with ALDI

I recently visited JB-Hifi South Warf, to buy appliances for my home. Aman assisted me in choosing the best and efficient appliances, by enquiring my budget and utility purposes. His widespread knowledge helped me in choosing the right appliances for my home. Especially his knowledge on TV is really commendable. Had a great experience, and would prefer JB-Hifi for any electronic appliances for future.

This is good place to buy branded products in fair prices. Some stores will have sales and go for it. That is pretty much worth.

The staff readily took my enquiry over call, price matched and refunded excess amount charged quickly when i visited. Didn't even ask to bring the productv- just asked to come in with the invoice.

Shoutout to Phil from JBHiFi for just being an absolute legend. I got to the store late after work to get my hands on the new iPhone 15 pro, wanted the nat. Titanium color in 128gb. He told me it was sold out on all the JB hifi stores in Australia, with also a massive number of pending orders from apple. When he saw how much I wanted it, he went to the back and got me the exact phone I wanted, which he actually saved for himself. Told me he’ll just get the blue for himself that it’s all good. I’m just so thankful for this dude how he just showed kindness to a stranger and made my day. THANK YOU PHIL!!!!

Just a quick visit with 2 grandchildren. Seems to have the usual range of goods expected.

Many laptops displayed. Many varieties of products from appliances, computera to accessories and movies.

Great or should I say Customer Service was so so as the kid on the desk didn't seem to know what was going on.
