The worst place ever! Kogan marketplace order, 16 days to process the order with me chasing with multiple times. Stringing me along for the ride and the final outcome, we have a used demo and no stock. Stay away from Kogan Marketplace and these shady 'suppliers' and buy from somewhere else!

Do not recommend doing business with these guys. I ordered a power supply unit and needed to return it since it wasn't the right one. Bestart said apparently the parcel was never delivered even though I have a tracking number and Australia Post have an exact time and date of when it was delivered. Bestart ignore my emails and have no intention on helping me. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
