FRANKIE4 Footwear Windsor

Had a lovely experience at Windsor. The shoes I was looking for were out of stock company wide but the nice sales person went above and beyond and found them at another store for me. Jane was so helpful and friendly. She knew exactly what I was looking for and how to track them down. Thank you. It’s so great to have knowledgeable and helpful service!

My first pair of Frankie's arrived today and I LOVE them. I was a little unsure on the size, but the customer support I received via the live chat, was very helpful. The sole saver pack has allowed me to select the perfect fit or each foot and I don't even notice that I have a different footbed in each shoe. I can't wait to show these off at work tomorrow :D

I had actually just stopped by to drop off a pair of broken "dead" rubber thongs/flip flops and didn't take my wallet with me.
This is the second time that I have dropped off "dead" shoes here for Frankie4 to recycle. They will accept any shoes from any brand EXCEPT fluffy slippers.
On the way out, I did have a glance at one or two things and will be going back with my wallet.

I got my pair of shoes when I drop by in this shoe shop last year, they have friendly staffs. Shoes is very comfy and I like it so much. Planning to buy again soon.

Shout out the the ladies at the Windsor store at lunch today. The store was incredibly busy being the last day of their sale, but all the staff were so patient and kind. They all went out of their way to ensure that everyone was attended to. I tried on many pairs of shoes and never felt like an inconvenience. Thanks ladies for handling the craziness so well!

I had been admiring Frankie4 shoes from afar and took the chance to drop in while visiting Brisbane. I have a wide and high foot, but the lady helping me was undeterred. She tirelessly tried several options and sizes, and I really appreciated the effort she put in to help me find a pair that suited. Excellent customer service.

Amazing experience at this store and the first of many I think! Was served by the lovely and very helpful Miranda. She helped me find the perfect fit for the many shoe styles I tried on and showed me all the helpful tips on how to get the best out of my shoes. The rest of the staff were so helpful and gave me guidance on styles and comfort levels, the hard part was picking which ones to purchase on the day. Definitely will be coming back again.

Have bought three pairs of Frankie4's and I love them. Super comfortable and supportive! The third pair was a pair of summer slides and weren't quite right for my feet but the return process was so easy! I spoke to Rachael who helped me navigate my way around the website and offered me the option of exchange. Great customer service and prepaid return postage! Fantastic service all round!

Great Customer Service from Frankie4. Emma was responsive and patiently answering all my questions on a Sunday morning. She has not only helped me with the questions I asked but providing me with tips and suggestions which I haven't even thought about it. Really appreciate the fantastic customer-oriented service!

I love my Frankie4s. The online Chat service is also excellent. I wanted information about two styles during Sale time. I really did not expect an answer quickly but got an instant reply and Rebecca was able to explain the difference between the two which helped me make up my mind. I was wanting to exchange a pair of Jackie111 sneakers i had purchased online for a smaller size but couldnt see that option in the return form. I logged into the chat line and got the lovely Georgia who answered all of my questions and assured me i could exchange my shoes in one of their stores. Her communication was very friendly and helpful. This just makes me love my Frankie4's even more

Fabulous customer service! I recently treated myself for my birthday by ordering my second pair of Poppys after loving my first pair. A few days after the online transaction I discovered my $25 birthday voucher email which I hadn't noticed in my inbox 😪. No problem for Frankie4 though - a quick late night email to customer service, which was answered first thing the next morning, and a $25 refund is heading my way. Happy days! 😀😀

I had a question about my return and was helped by Jasmine on the website chat. Truly fabulous, quick, service answered my request and it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Great to be able to resolve the issue on a Sunday and so efficiently . Thank you Jasmine. PS the return is because the Louise boot does not fit. Will be getting a replacement as I love them.
