The Good Guys Browns Plains

I had the pleasure of being served by Erin on the afternoon of the 28th Nov. She knew her products when it come to the coffee machine I was after and was very resourceful to finding the item we were looking for. She was up on the scissor lift under benches you name it. The system said you had the item she was determined to find it for me.
Not only that is Erin very professional and easy to communicate with.

Always a pleasure coming in store to buy my appliances from Bryan! Bryan provided exceptional service by finding appliances that truly best suits our needs, and always finds the best deals. Need some tech-savvy advice, would highly recommend speaking to Bryan.

We went to the store to purchase an accessory for our existing air fryer and were met by a friendly fellow who advised us that Stacey was the person to speak to about air fryers. Stacey's knowledge of the different air fryers was amazing and her advice on cleaning them. She was passionate in explaining what she had cooked in her air fryer. Stacey gave me positive energy to get creative in using my air fryer. She was friendly, very helpful, cheerful and spent quality time in assisting us with our questions. She will be my 'go to' person in the very near future. I hope Stacey is recognised as being a valuable employee. I had been to a Good Guys store closer to home in the past and the fellow there was curt and was more interested in his personal phone call while serving us at the register, hence I will not go back to that store.

Great service ordered induction cooktop online and it was ready for pickup in an hour. Pick up was quick and very efficient

The staff were great helped myself and my partner heaps I went in to get a TV walked out with a fridge and 2 sound bars and a tv.
But very disappointed when trying to pay and the computers wouldn’t do what the staff wanted and the eftpos machines played up heaps every time I went in the store to pay I felt so sorry for the staff as people we’re waiting and you’re an electrical store you owe your staff because I would normally walk away and never come back but they were great at keeping me happy

Mudassir.K was super helpful to advise me on the purchase of a washer, fridge and other household items. Highly recommend him.

Very helpful staff also extremely obliging nothing is too hard for them, they look after veterans and are very respectful to them.

I came in to purchase a tv and the Sales Guy was exceptional so friendly and knowledgable. Went to go pay at the front counter to be greeted by the lovely Kiwi lady whom was so very friendly explained to us about our concierge and even helped ensure we were registered to receive our store cash. She was so very patient helping us set up our payment on the phone and never made us feel we were a burden even though she spent almost 15mins showing us. What an experience would definitely be back again. They truly live up to their name.the good guys. Could not fault the high quality service I received ☺

We went in to view a few products. And asked if they could do a discounts if bought all at once. Some discounts were almost not worth asking eg $3 off one or two but over the range and larger items the overall saving was about $200 which is not bad. One item needed delivery (only $55 delivery fee) way better then most places, anywhere between $80 and $150. And fast delivery. Thank you, you really are the Good guys.

Friendly staff and helpful. Didnt have to wait. Store was not busy but well organised. Service was quick and staff was very courteous when i left.

I got a text message for my delivery two days before, than the night before with times, than this morning before it was due to remind me again, than before delivery I got tracking to follow my delivery to me both workers were respectful and polite well done good guys online store and delivery service I literally spoke to no one and was completely informed the entire process thank you 10 stars!

This store is and has outstanding service I really worked over the staff paying with afterpay and they handled it so well patients out the park I kept them busy for more than an hour got it sorted we have awesome air-conditioning installed and delivered perfectly thank you and yesterday I bought a washing online with this store as my store and its been delivered Sunday thank you so easy I will up how the delivery went on Sunday unfortunately the loganholme store is not a store I would ever use the service there the rude staff the whole experience let's say never never never again! Brownsplains or online or not at all thank you Brownsplains 🙏 💯

Got a great deal on a dishwasher and fridge. Speak with Erin, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the best deal.

Only takes a moment or 2 of browsing before someone offers to help. And they respect your decision to just browse. I like that! Spoke to Rambo and got good advice about TVs, as well as personal experience. He checked stock levels and offered reasonable discounts. Really are the good guys!
