I walked in here for the first time today and spent good couple of hours because I’m very indecisive and it’s been a while since I had to buy professional hair products. I spoke to at least three different staff and they were all super friendly and helpful. Even listening to staff talking to other customers… everyone was incredibly patient and pleasant. They have solid product range and they are very well stocked unlike the other supplier I used to go to who were often running out and scraping to find colours. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of my supplies now!

Just received my order within 2 days of purchasing online. Such care was taken in packaging and ensuring all shampoo and products were taped and secured, (something several suppliers could learn from)
Have finally found a supplier that delivers exceptional service at very competitive prices.

Have been using this supplier for over 6 years. Always found them to be professional, helpful and polite. If I can't get to them as I run my own business they get my order ready for my husband to pick up. That's a service you won't get many places. They are 1 in a million . That's why I favour these over the bigger chain suppliers

Hi I went there a few days ago as we are flat out with Christmas and needed supplies. A friend recommended me to this place. It was refreshing to find staff with knowledge of the products they sell. Aisles were clearly marked out and the wide range of products were well priced. I found the guy working there very funny which was a bright spot in my otherwise stressful day. Will go there again.

This place is perhaps one of the largest beauty supply stores I've been to. They have a wide selection of products.

I went for a trimmer and had a bunch to choose from. I've been using the one I purchased from them for the last year or so. Good brand and durable.

The staff was very helpful and candid when helping me out. I had a very good experience.

Great service and advice staff goes above and beyond when help is needed sometimes asnwering out of business hours alwasy quick to respond to our email enquiries on products etc.

Salon Direct, Helensvale is well-stocked and nicely laid out. All the products are priced and the staff are super-friendly, very helpful and know what they are talking about! Although I don't live close-by anymore, I will go out of my way to shop here when I need my supplies!
