The lady is nice enough .. BUT this is definitely a hobby business she seems rather hard to get hold of & even harder to sort time to pick up order ... REALLY frustrating !!! Not the best photos ether .... wouldn’t recommend this pl

Let me start of by saying I wish I could give no stars. Wow the pure rudeness not just by the person who looks after Ipswich area but also the head office and actual owner of the company. Very unprofessional and would be spreading the word on the company like wild fire. Was rushed when it came to doing the molds and chosing the frames we had like 5 minutes. After getting the order done, Communication was beyond pathetic let's just say the whole customer is always right doesn't exist in this company although I had the receipt showing I was in the right. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for a company with deals with baby's and families.

not only did my child suffer a head injury due to one of the teachers dropping a chair on him they made him eat sand that was blessed by the local witch. I don't know what evil spells were cast on my little friend but he was never the same.

This is for the Wakerly lady. Rude. Dismissive. Told me I should be using a dummy for my baby. Seriously? I didn’t come to you for parenting tips. I wish I could give zero stars.

The worst service ever. First contact was good and responsible. Once coming, it was rush to make all the measurement. We asked do you need to make it accurate ? The person was said that she gonna have anothe appointment to go. How poor time management.

Also when do pick up, late response conspare to first contact. No delivery service. Really inconvenience
